The property

This mid-terrace apartment comes on the ground and lower ground floors of the building, the ground floor comes with an open plan living area, a spacious room with charming features, a well-stocked kitchen and a sitting area with modern, comfortable sofas and a bay window in front of the TV.

This floor also provides two splendid bedrooms, one with a stylish en-suite and the twin bunk room comes next to the family shower room.

The lower ground floor comes with two more similarly decorated twin bedrooms, both with en-suites.

When the sun comes out, sit on the front garden and enjoy a refreshing drink whilst the kids play on the lawn or the beach nearby.

All of your amenities come within walking distance, there is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Pwllheli also has some fantastic things to do, it is known for its watersports and coastal walks - this property is located on the Wales Coastal Path.

Nearby Abersoch and Criccieth are both worth visiting, both boasting great scenery and plenty to do.

This busy market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for its outstanding scenery, stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses.
