The spacious living room has comfy sofas, a large TV with FreeSat and a gas fire.

There are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower, WC and wash basin, along with a a dressing area and patio doors out to the garden.

A second single bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and the third double bedroom is at the front of the house.

The family bathroom has a spa whirlpool bath to relax in after a busy day plus hand basin and WC.

The property has a well-established and maintained rear garden with table and chairs to enjoy eating alfresco, plus a lockable garage is available to store bikes or golf equipment, and the driveway has enough off-road parking for two cars.

The property is situated in a quiet road close to the seafront in the Royal Burgh of Inverbervie.

The beach is a pebble beach with glorious coastline with the historic fishing village of Johshaven and seaside town of Stonehaven close by.

The town has shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms and restaurants, including fresh seafood restaurants.

Inverbervie is a great location for visiting the beautiful East Coast.

There are historic fishing villages, beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, walking, fishing, cycling and golf all close by.

Take a trip to Stonehaven, visit Dunnottar Castle, the outdoor swimming pool, harbour and museums.

Inland the glens of Isla, Clova and Prosen with spectacular scenery and are well worth a day trip.

In the village itself you will find a lovely assortment of shops and eateries, making Inverbie a practical and friendly holiday base.

Travelling north and south along the coastline will present you with soft sandy beaches, rocky coves and idyllic outcrops.

Further afield, drive to the beautiful city of Aberdeen with its abundant architecture and varying attractions.

Should you fancy a countryside stroll throughout breath-taking scenery, the Cairngorms National Park is right on hand with a journey west..
