“Cottage was so comfortable, we felt very at home.”

Loads of space, love the enclosed courtyard so our dog could wander out there but not disappear, top quality fixtures and fittings and fantastic shower! setting is remote but the scenery is outstanding, we got used to the drive to Banchory where there are shops, cafes and restaurants, its under 15 minutes drive. perfect. We didn’t use the hot tub, the thought was lovely but couldn’t be done with the faff of heating it up for over an hour! Great to have two bedrooms and a bathroom on both ...

Great to have two bedrooms and a bathroom on both ground and first floor, gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. Might just be worth mentioning that there is no microwave (we didn’t need one but others may) and a broader selection of glasses would be good eg bubbly, beer and larger soft drinks glasses but it’s only a minor point, we just used wine glasses for everything!!!! We would definitely return.
