The cottage was very cosy and we had three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (we were five, two couples and one single). The kitchen was very nice and had all that you needed. We also got a complimentary milk and bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful, thanks! All in all a lovley stay and the very friendly owners lived across the yard in the main house. • "Cottage was lovely."

The grounds were beautiful and the town had a nice little Co-Op and a terrific butcher. we had a number of "home-cooked" meals just so we could try some of the butcher's tasty entrees. The local bookstore was also a great place to stop and chat to the owner about books and authors. Perfect for sightseeing in and around the village. it would have been a bonus if there had been some bathroom cleaning supplies in the cottage .and a second fry pan would have been useful as well.
