  • "Oak Lodge at Aberchirder Aberdeenshire was amazing."

Our lodge overlooked the small lake and had amazing views over the countryside. It is also backed by woods that leads up to a viewpoint with more amazing views. The lodge itself is very very clean and spacious with with all mod cons. Beautifully furnished and with great attention to detail. A very generous welcome pack had also been left for us. Would definitely recommend this lodge. Many intetesting places to visit including Pennan Village where the film Local Hero was filmed.

Lorraine came to make sure everything was fine. It was my 40th Birthday, she left me a nice balloon, card and wine. The lodge was amazing, very clean, well equipped. Brilliant location for dogs, my puppy had a ball. Would highly recommend

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay and Lorraine is an excellent host."

The lodge is situated in a perfectly peaceful setting, overlooking hills in the distance and lots to see in the surrounding area, we will definitely come back. The place is also perfect for anyone with mobility issues, my mum uses a wheelchair and she was very comfortable during the stay.
