This spacious, detached farmhouse is situated in the small hamlet of Newton of Dalvey, a peaceful rural location of five properties, just a short distance from the Victorian town of Forres.
The farmhouse is an excellent choice for families and groups who wish to explore the magnificent Moray coast and all it has to offer.
On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room, boasting patio doors, which frame the views of beautiful countryside and allow a fresh breeze to filter into the space, as you tune into the TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Choose a DVD from the superb selection and light up the fire before cosying up on the sofas during a winter’s evening.
The open-plan kitchen/diner is bright and spacious and is well-equipped with everything you could need for entertaining and preparing those special meals.
Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room with additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine, so that you can easily freshen up your belongings.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one 4ft 6’ and a sleek shower room with toilet.
Upstairs on the first floor are the further two bedrooms, one 5ft double and a twin-bedded room (which can be zipped for a 6ft double).
Hours of fun can be had within the games room, complete with a pool table, a selection of board games and TV.
The property is pet-friendly with two well-behaved dogs catered for, who will enjoy the well-maintained enclosed garden, as will the children, giving you peace of mind to let them play safely.
A short stroll from the property is the river Findhorn, with excellent fishing and abundance of river wildlife, and /or walks to the surrounding woodlands are all accessible within easy walking distance.
The town of Forres, boasts all amenities and renowned for its award-winning gardens and parks, being Britain in Bloom award-winners many times.
The Highland capital of Inverness with airport and main rail links is only 24 miles away, where you will find further amenities.
The award-winning town of Nairn is only nine miles by road, for the enjoyment of its vast sandy safe beaches.
Other things to do whilst here, include the Moray whisky trail, historic castles, beaches, dolphin spotting, fishing, walking, golfing, in all, offering something to all visiting guests of all ages.
The Farmhouse is a wonderful base for anyone to explore the beautiful Moray coast and surrounding areas.

Forres boasts two golf courses and some excellent fishing opportunities.
