  • “Very nice lodge in lovely area.”
Very nice lodge in lovely area. Only slight downside was the size of the double bedroom and lack of hooks for towels in bathroom. Main living area is very good and spacious. Had a lovely holiday and would recommend to anyone.

From here there are French doors to a front decked area with hot tub and seating, a real bonus, as this not only is home to your very own hot tub from which you can enjoy the lovely view, it is also an ideal spot for alfresco dining!

With so much to enjoy it will be hard to leave, but the surrounding area has much to offer visitors and plenty of activities to keep you busy.

The nearby town of Banchory is a smart place with lots of quality restaurants and bistros.

It has a fine high street and excellent shopping opportunities.

From here a drive into the famous Malt Whisky Trail makes a fabulous day out and the many distilleries on the route are great places to shop and eat.
