    “Lovely cottage in a really beautiful setting.”

    We had loads of opportunities to watch some wonderful wildlife (birds galore including geese and their goslings nesting on the pond, muntjac deer, and hares) all from the cottage windows! The constant sound of birdsong was so uplifting. The surrounding countryside is gorgeous with plenty of footpaths to follow. The owners were so approachable and friendly and the cottage itself was very comfortable, although I think it would be a good idea for them to supply a hairdryer. We had a really lovely ...

Ash Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion located close to the original farm house in a quiet, countryside location on a working arable farm.

The accommodation offers a cosy and inviting place to stay and an ideal base for exploring the North of Suffolk and South of Norfolk with it's wonderful coastline a short drive away.

The award winning beach at Lowestoft is just fifteen minutes away yet within half an hour you can be in the vibrant city of Norwich.

The small garden area offers an ideal space for enjoying a morning coffee while planning your day.

Step inside and there is a spacious living and dining room to your left.

which is an ideal space for guests to socialise and relax after a day out exploring.

On the ground floor there is also a shower room and a well equipped kitchen with a view over the wildlife pond.

Upstairs has a large master bedroom with a double bed, single bed and cot, there is second bedroom with two single beds and a second family bathroom.

The property is an ideal base for exploring the heritage coastline and beyond, Beccles offers access to the broads and a fantastic selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The popular seaside town of Southwold is a short drive away and if you like wildlife visiting Minsmere is a must.

Ideal for friends and families at any time of the year.

Lowestoft 11 miles.

The historic market town of Beccles has excellent amenities, with unique shops, many of which are independent retailers and the range of restaurants and dining facilities are impressive, with numerous cafes, tea rooms and traditional inns. There are also a number of interesting buildings, including the Town Hall and Quaker Hall, which houses the weekly country farmers' market. The more active visitor may wish to explore the town and surrounding area via the Beccles Marsh Trail, which is divided into three walks of varying distance and character. With an outdoor swimming pool and various play areas, children are well catered for, whilst cyclists can enjoy a number of cycle routes around the town. Beccles is surrounded by open countryside, whilst an easy drive brings you to the popular Suffolk coast and the seaside resorts of Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Southwold.
