  • "We had very clear and informative instructions about the chalet & surrounding area."

.where to eat and what was available in the village before we went, by the owner, which were so helpful. The chalet was exactly like the pictures and was very clean and the owner had left us some wine and food which was lovely...there was plenty of cleaning stuff even washing powder to use. The chalet was so comfortable, a home from home, the owner also checked in with us during our stay ...would highly recommend a stay here...such a great place.

Highly recommend and we hope to return next year. All fixtures & fittings very good quality, we didn't want for anything during our 3 night stay. Amazing personal touch by the owners, milk, cake & eggs left in the fridge made a pleasant arrival experience and friendly easy to follow directions sent in time prior to our stay. As previously mentioned highly recommend.

  • "It would be lovely to have a bath for longer stays but otherwise this was a really lovely well cleaned accommodation."

There was a great welcoming feeling from the goodies left for your arrival to the friendly notes. Thank you, we were sad to leave!

Dear Heather, Thanks for your comments about the cleanliness and welcoming nature of the chalet! We're delighted that you had such a good time. (When we renovated our chalet, environmental impact was one of our major concerns. Gas was removed, electric radiators installed, and electricity purchased from a supplier committed to renewables. The wall cavity was insulated, and 120mm insulation added to the roof, making the chalet much more comfortable for guests in all weathers. East Anglia has a growing population, but less rain than anywhere else in the country, so we felt that a bath was something that we should do without!) Property Owner
