The hosts called and sent across information packs ahead of time to answer any questions we had before arriving. On arrival the property was spotless and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and Definitely would recommend to other visitors.

It is a lovely home away from home. Comfortable, nicely decorated, great amenities on site. And the owner stays in touch to make sure everything is well.

  • "Annie and Toby are thoughtful and responsive to any questions."

The holiday home is nicely decorated and feels like staying with friends. Fully equipped kitchen, very quick to respond when I needed help to work the hob. Everything you need has already been provided. The only extra items we used were pizza trays and pizza cutter for pizza night, and a clothes airer. The Coast hotel was very friendly and welcoming, Saturday evening entertainment was good and busy with local people. My kids enjoyed the arcades and swimming pool facilities. Any information needed is provided in the folder available for guests. We bought a few garden items from a garden sale next to the resort across the road from the decorated post box and telephone box. The weather was very kind to us and we visited several local attractions including, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston on Sea and Lowestoft, we had fun at Pleasurewood Hills themepark and the splash park at Gorleston where you can see some Banksy artwork, nice food at The Cliff hotel. We visited Ness Point and had nice food at the Lighthouse Diner. We also had a relaxing boat trip on the Broads and a nice meal at The Wherry hotel. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. When there was an issue with the fence it was repaired within hours. My husband and son enjoyed playing football at the park where they joined in training with some locals. There is also a car boot sale on the field on a Tuesday. We visited East Coast Cinemas when the weather dulled. The broadband works well, although we were unable to work the cd player or bedroom tvs (remote batteries) although this did not affect our stay at all. The beds and sofas are comfortable. Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are all available and the ninja airfryer was fab. We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks holiday. Tesco delivered groceries on the day we arrived so only needed to shop for a few bits.

  • "Firstly, apologies for delay in sending the feedback."

We decided to book a week away to celebrate my husband's 40th and to have a mini break before the arrival of our second child. And I'm so pleased we did! My son loved the accommodation (he's 3 and very difficult to please!) saying it was better than his own house! And we agree, the property felt like a second home as soon as we walked in. It was clean, tidy, spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The welcome basket was an added bonus and went down a treat. Thank you. The weather wasn't great, even though it was July. But that didn't dampen our enjoyment. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and visiting the local beaches and other places of interest. Overall, we could not fault it. It was a nice break in a cosy property. And seeing my son so happy before returning to the usual chaos at home, was wonderful. He also slept really well, which was the icing on the cake. A fantastic few days and we would definitely, 100%, return in the future.

There was a lovely hamper of goodies, and the owner phoning before we arrived to check if we needed anything and give advice on local dog walks was such a thoughtful touch.

  • "The cottage was comfortable and tastefully furnished."

Everything was there if you needed it. I don't go on holiday to cook but if you wanted to self cater, all the equipment and basic food stuffs were there. The owners obviously take pride in the cottage and try to anticipate every need.

  • "Such a lovely property."

Clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. The owner contacted us early on and was very responsive when we needed to reach out. 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth, which has loads to do. We will be returning to this property.

  • "A smart, tidy and well looked after property that is well worth a visit."

Beautifully clean and contained a hamper full of goodies that was very well received upon our arrival. The property is only a few minutes walk from the sea, which was ideal for us as it made it very easy for dog walks. The walk to the beach is down some steep steps and the tide tends to come right in so you have to time it right to make use of the beach. There are three good choices for a nice evening meal, including the pub on the opposite side of the road, the bar that is on the site, and the Chinese takeaway. These combined really give this property plenty of choice if you don’t want to cook but don’t want to go to far to get a nice meal. I recommend this property

Lovely shower, which I find so important. The bed, in the main room, was very comfortable, something you don’t always get. The owners have thought of everything you might need. There is a lovely pub over the road which serves very good food and it also has a convenience store. There was a welcome basket and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee. Overall a lovely stay in a really nice area. Thanks.

Loved the little welcome basket which included some biscuits and snacks and drinks which was needed after long journey there. The property was clean and very comfortable and the beds were like new. The property is a small drive from Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth and other places of interest. Inside the property was lots of utensils and amenities that you may need and although some of the mod cons on the oven/microwave were a little complicated, the welcome folder came with everything I need for our stay, including manual instructions for the electronics! Would recommend!
