The property

324 Chalet is a terraced chalet within the Sundowner Holiday Park in Hemsby, in the best location to enjoy all that the beautiful long-stretching Norfolk coastline has to offer.

Ideal for young families looking to have some seaside fun, this property is within easy reach of everything you need, with pubs, shops and local attractions all just a few minutes’ walk away and most importantly, only half a mile to the gorgeous beach!

Step through the front door and into the pretty open-plan living space, which has everything you need combined in one room, with sofas in the corner, facing the Smart TV, a dining table tucked in for those evenings in and to the back the kitchen area contains all the essentials for your self-catered stay.

Look forward to cosying up in bed in the well-presented bedrooms, with the property benefiting from a double and a twin, plus a neat bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC.

To the outside is ample parking for up to three cars, a patio space right outside the property and lawned areas for guests.

Hemsby is the ideal touring base for Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads, but there are plenty of things to do as well right on your doorstep, as you are only minutes away from Beach Road, which is home to amusement arcades, bars, children’s play areas, and funfairs.

Large sand dunes shelter Hemsby Beach from the village, with miles of beautiful coastline to relish in the summer sun, you will have days of endless fun with your loved ones playing in the sand.

If you are wanting to venture further, then take the opportunity to explore Great Yarmouth on foot, with the Norfolk Trails bringing together over 1,200 miles of walking, cycling and bridle routes throughout the county.

The east Norfolk village of Hemsby is split into two parts, Hemsby village and Hemsby Beach. The village offers two stores, two pub/restaurants, a hairdresser's, a number of takeaways and a regular bus service to Great Yarmouth. Beach Road leads you approximately one mile to the area known as Hemsby Beach, with a variety of cafés, restaurants and takeaways, various amusement arcades, children's funfair rides, and traditional seaside shops. The beach has miles of golden sandy coastline edged with dunes. Just 7 miles' drive and you arrive in Great Yarmouth, with beautiful sandy beaches and a mile-long promenade which you can enjoy in a horse and carriage, a charming quayside, pier with entertainment, indoor and outdoor attractions, museums, gardens, restaurants and fast food outlets.
