The bungalow has everything we need. Our beagle loves the secure garden. It’s a perfect base for exploring the area and we find something new every time.

Over the road and on to the beach at the dog friendly end. No washing machine but there’s a launderette round the corner. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend the Old beach. Dog friendly also. Great communication from the property manager and loads of dog friendly advice.

  • "We had a fabulous holiday."

The location is amazing - close to all facilities and the beach but still feels peaceful, with regular visits to the garden from mallards and hares. The cottage is extremely well equipped and even though it’s fairly small in size the interior was well thought out to make the most of the space. All of us (humans and dog) loved the garden which is very private with excellent furniture and water pistols (useful for the very hot weather we experienced). The only problem we really had was intermittent internet connection when trying to watch a film on Amazon. There are lots of places to visit both in Hunstanton and in the surrounding area, we packed so much into our week. We would love to come back one day.

  • "We had a very good week."

Bungalow was perfect. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The weather was mild and not too wet so the heating was fine, but would have to think again about bringing my Dad who is elderly and feels the cold. Garden was perfect for our beagle and it was lovely to find a holiday let that really is dog friendly rather than just dog allowed. Excellent amenities within walking distance including adjacent dog beach. We have already booked again!

  • "Although late May it was quite a cold week."

The fire in the lounge was very efficient in warming the room but the bedrooms were cold. The heaters in those rooms were inadequate. Also it would be beneficial to have a blackout blind in the double bedroom - the curtains were not dark enough and as soon as it became daylight the whole room was bright, preventing sleep. The above said, we thought the bungalow was really lovely. Beautifully decorated throughout with a seaside theme. The garden was private and would be ideal for children to play in or just to relax in - weather permitting. Everything we needed for a long awaited break.

Nicely written, useful information about how to deal with the rubbish, and other general information. Maintenance log a good idea for breakages, things not working. Plenty of garden and beach furniture (ideal for the beach). Garden totally safe for the dog, and tastefully planted and maintained.

Spotlessly clean. The owners (Barry and Lorraine) had thought of everything decoration wise - Hunstsanton is clearly special to them. All equipment necessary was provided - even some bin bags and dishwasher tablets which we forgot. We have been a shielding household due to illness. It was so lovely to see a different 4 walls and breathe the sea air. (The sea front is a 2 min walk). It was a shame you didn't tell us what day bins were emptied. We would happily have put the bin at the end of the drive for you. Recycling was rather full! We would highly recommend this holiday home. Thank you.
