The property

Located on the outskirts of Hunstanton, a seaside town along the Norfolk coastline is Freesia Cottage, a contemporary, three-storey townhouse.

Resting a short journey away from a hub of amenities and attractions, whilst within reach of several coastal towns and villages, including Thornham, Brancaster Holkham, Holt, Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-Sea, Freesia Cottage offers a stylish base for a family of six, complete with an enclosed garden, open-plan living space, and a private driveway.

Park up in front of the garage, before accessing the home from the rear.

Step through the patio doors to be welcomed by the well-equipped kitchen/diner, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and a dedicated dining area, where you can prepare and enjoy meals together.

If you'd prefer an alfresco affair, bask in your private garden as the sun sets over East Anglia, returning indoors to cosy up in front of the Smart TV.

As sleep calls, climb the stairs to firstly reach a delightful twin bedroom, and a spacious king-size with en-suite shower room; this floor also houses the family bathroom.

Ascend to the second floor where you'll locate the final bedroom, a stylish king-size, also benefitting from an en-suite.

Prepare to explore the town, brimming with shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, before delving into an itinerary if local attractions, including visits to the Norfolk Lavender Garden and distillery, Heacham Manor Golf Club, Hunstanton South Beach, and SEA LIFE Hunstanton, before heading into Norfolk Coast AONB, where you can try your hand at a variety of watersports, including kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking.

A haven for outdoor enthusiasts, head to RSPB Snettisham for a morning of bird watching or a lovely cycle, before discovering the golden landscape of Snettisham Beach, perfect for a family day out.

Travel south to stop off at the magnificent Sandringham Estate, a country retreat where you can dine, shop, and explore, before reaching the historic city of Norwich or the charming town of King's Lynn, both rich in culture.

About the location

HUNSTANTON

King's Lynn 16.5 miles.

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination. The seafront with promenade offers rock and candyfloss stalls, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft. On Sunday afternoons a band often plays in the bandstand on the green overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers, while throughout the year additional events are held within the town. Walking along the beach towards Old Hunstanton you find the richly-coloured cliff faces with intriguing rock pools. The beach at Old Hunstanton is popular with sunbathers, and also with wind and kite surfers. Within a 20-mile radius there is a large number of places of interest including NT properties, market towns and flint villages, offering something for all family members.
