The site facilities were poor although out of season the shop and bar should be open more often

Really can't fault the owners, they go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible.

  • "Property was lovely and clean."

Everything you would need is provided, which is very handy. The only complaint would be about the on-site swimming pool. Changing rooms are ridiculously small, know privacy what so ever, it was very disappointing and not very clean. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

  • "Excellent accommodation, exactly as described in the property description."

Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable with the correct tog quilts for the season. The hosts left us a bottle of Prosecco, fresh milk and a very nice box of biscuits ( which the grandkids demolished in no time. The biscuits not the Wine)! A slight problem with the boiler was fixed in under two hours by our hosts, superb service. The site is very new and still under development but is well maintained. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your feedback Peter, and we are both very pleased you and your family had a great week at Foxburrow. Best wishes, Sue and Ben. Property Owner

The property was absolutely spotless on arrival with a lovely welcome pack of milk, wine and biscuits in addition to complimentary tea and coffee. Quality bed linen and towels, absolutely everything you could wish for in the way of kitchen equipment, nice comfortable sofa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return very soon.

  • "This was the best caravan we’ve ever stayed in!"

Perfect location on the site, a lovely sun trap on the decking for relaxing…and great for getting to and from Great Yarmouth. The caravan was beautiful and clean and was like being home from home with all its facilities…there were even the special touches like board games, playing cards etc. Coffee, Tea, Sugar and Biscuits along with a lovely bottle of wine was awaiting our arrival which was an amazing start to our holiday! Absolutely loved our stay here and will certainly be booking again. Thank you Sue and Ben for a fantastic stay!

  • "Cannot fault anything about the property."

Silly little things like egg cups, salt, pepper perhaps we ourselves should have brought with us. Otherwise thumbs up for the week.

Thank you for your feedback David, the egg cups were in the bottom cupboard, sorry you missed them. However, we are unable to supply salt and pepper due to health and safety regulations on unsealed foodstuffs. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again. Best wishes, Sue and Ben. Sue the owner was very helpful and at the end of the phone if needed. Welcoming gifts of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were waiting for us, together with a bottle of wine - all the immediate necessities to start our week off! Caldecott Hall Country Park was immaculate and very quiet which was also a bonus. I would definitely recommend this lodge as a comfortable base for exploring the area.

Not enough equipment for catering for a family of 5 needs another frying pan, oven to table dishes & baking tray. Lovely big fridge/freezer which was perfect. Lovely added extra which were there when we arrived like milk in fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits & wine there was also board games, cards & all the cleaning equipment which was ideal.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Foxborrow Hang."

At the time of writing the site is well laid out and is really quiet and peaceful with a variety of wildlife and No 6 is probably in the best position on the site. The accommodation is clean and welcoming. For most people with iphones the lack of wifi will not be a problem, and we believed that we could use the facility available at the nearby Barn 1 (part of the nearby golf complex). When this wasn't available it did create one or two problems. However this did not impact on our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at 6 Foxborrow Hang, we do take all feedback seriously and we have now installed wifi at Foxborrow, we apologise for it not being in for your stay. Thank and we look forward to seeing you again. Property Owner

  • "The property is very well equipped and comfortable albeit the beds are pretty soft!"

However, for the time we were there it was fine. The kitchen was excellent and a full sized fridge/freezer very useful if staying longer. All equipment we'd have needed is in the accommodation. Outdoor space is ample and the veranda is large. Great outdoor furniture. I would recommend to anyone. A nice touch by the owner to add some milk, wine and biscuits as a welcome pack and the kitchen is fully stocked with cleaning products etc so you don't need to bring anything like that with you.
