    “Outstanding Well Equipped Holiday Home”

My wife and I rented this holiday home for us and our son to stay in for a short break in the Great Yarmouth area. The house itself is great. Wi-Fi, smart TV and well equipped kitchen were all very welcome. The house sits just off the Caldecott Hall Golf Course. We don't play, but the view over the course was very pleasant and it was nice to just sit on the balcony and have a drink while watching the golfers at sunset. The key feature of the house is the hot tub, which was used every day we were there. Being able to dip in for a half hour at the end of the day really does help with de-stressing when trying to get away from city life. In terms of location, the house sits about 20-25 minutes away from Great Yarmouth. There aren't a huge amount of shops and such nearby, but many within driving distance in and around Great Yarmouth. The house sits in a private gated (sort of) estate. Very out the way and there's no risk of traffic or the like. Very quiet at night. As mentioned above, the house sits just off the Caldecott Hall golf course, so anyone wanting a golfing holiday is sure to be satisfied. There is also a gym and spa just down the road (3 minutes walk) for people that wish to use them. The only (very minor) downside we faced is that the two bedrooms are on different floors. Since we have an infant son, we ended up putting our travel cot in the main living area upstairs so that it was closer to the master bedroom. We couldn't bring ourselves to have him sleeping alone downstairs. Overall we were very happy staying here, and would highly recommend it.
