  • "The apartment has a problem with toilet and hot water in the kitchen, toilet ..."

The apartment has a problem with toilet and hot water in the kitchen, toilet doesn't flush properly needs several flushes, kitchen hot water tap non existent, have to boil kettle to wash up,it's so important for the water to be good, amount in what they charge needs to be working properly, apart from that apartment was comfortable

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. If you had got in contact with me during your stay I would have been able to send someone to the flat to check the water and the loo within 24 hours and any issues would have been resolved; the hot water does need to switched on. With that said, my maintenance guy has been to the flat and reported that there is hot water in the kitchen, although the pressure is slow, and the loo does indeed flush OK. I am glad to hear you found the flat comfortable. Property Owner

  • "A lovely stay at Sandpiper Court, it had everything you needed."

Having the courtyard seating area and the green out the back was great for my granddaughters to play. The beach and all the amenities were so close by, within walking distance, so it was great not to use the car if you didn’t want to and good that you had your own parking space. I would stay again.

Hi Stephanie Thank you for your lovely feedback. I am glad you all enjoyed your stay and made use of all the amenities. I look forward to welcoming you and your family again. Property Owner

  • "We booked the apartment as it said it had off road designated car park space, which was not the case as motorbike and car parked outside the apartment, we had to find alternative parking on the road away from the apartment!"

Hi Andrew Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not able to park outside the apartment. There are two designated parking spaces; one for flat 3 and one for flat 7. No other vehicles are authorised to park in these spaces. I will contact the Management Company and the leaseholders and ask that they speak with their tenants/guests regarding this. I can only apologise that you were not able to park outside the premises during your stay and if you had to pay for parking, I will happily reimburse you. Property Owner

  • "We loved the apartment it was spacious and had more than everything needed."

We visit Great Yarmouth at least five times a year and if it's available it will definitely be out to place to stay. With regard to other comments about the front of the property it's really not too bad. Propertys near the sea can often look "tired" due to the sea air! Can't wait to come back!

Hi Christine, thank you for your positive feedback. I am glad you liked the flat and had everything you needed. I hope you come back soon! Property Owner

  • "It was great, like a home from home!"

So many useful items such as ice blocks, windshelter, family games, books and dvds. Really appreciated the thought that went into all these things and made the stay more enjoyable. The only two tiny complaints I have is the dirty white curtains in the bedroom and the length of time it takes to heat hot water! This would not put me off booking again though. Really superb place.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your lovely feedback. I am glad you made good use of the games etc. and you enjoyed your stay. Frustratingly I have just washed the curtains as I know they get dirty quite quickly, I will make a point of washing them more frequently. Thanks again for your positive feedback and I hope you stay again! Property Owner

  • "We were very disappointed by the front approach to the property."

The picture displayed is the rear and that is tired. Had the front been shown we would not have booked Sandpiper , we feel it was a great misrepresentation a nd therefore overpriced.

Hi Henry, thank you for your very positive feedback about the flat. I can see you scored it extremely high for comfort and facilities and very good for cleanliness. I am sorry you were disappointed by the front approach which I hope did not effect your stay. Renovation works are due to commence next Spring and the listing has been updated noting this.
