A character, well-presented apartment near to the town of Lowestoft in Suffolk.

Well-appointed and finished to a high standard, within easy reach of local amenities and many seaside attractions, making this a perfect location for families or friends alike.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare some lovely home-cooked meals.

This then leads to a large, light living room with plenty of comfy seating in front of a welcoming woodburning stove, making a great place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area.

There is also the benefit of a separate snug, which would make a nice place to curl up with your favourite book.

There are two spacious bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard with a separate shower room.

To the outside is a nice-sized lawned garden; perfect for some alfresco dining or just a relax with a glass of something chilled.

To the right hand side is a splendid hot tub in a lovely secluded spot with a patio area and furniture, making a great place to relax with your friends.

A short distance takes you into Lowestoft with a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy.

Lowestoft is renowned for its lovely Blue Flag beaches with golden sands and a huge range of attractions for all the family.

A little further afield brings you to the popular safari park, Africa Alive, offering an excellent day out for wildlife lovers, and the beautiful stately home of Somerleyton Hall is within reach.

For something different take a trip to Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park for a great day out.

The cottage is within easy reach of other popular seaside towns such as Great Yarmouth, Southwold and Aldeburgh with plenty of other popular places to visit along the way.

Whatever you decide to do, this delightful apartment makes an ideal base at any time of the year.

Oulton Broad 2 miles; Somerleyton 6 miles; Norwich 26 miles.

The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border. It is home to some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in the area and has a range of attractions for all of the family. From the traditional Victorian Seafront Gardens and donkey rides on the beach to the modern roller skating rink at Claremont Pier and Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park, the town has something for everyone. Lowestoft has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, whilst its maritime heritage is celebrated with a number of attractions, including the floating 'Mincarlo' museum on Heritage Quay or the Lowestoft & East Suffolk Maritime Museum. Along the coast is the classical seaside town of Southwold, famed for its beach huts and its traditional pier and Minsmere RSPB reserve. Venture inland to visit the world famous Norfolk Broads and a range of delightful country towns, as well as the medieval city of Norwich with its shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, two cathedrals and a Norman castle. A wonderful place to visit, all year round.
