  • "A delightful compact property."

The open plan kitchen/dining/living space is great for four. The two bedrooms are very small though the beds themselves are very comfortable. A couple of baking trays in the kitchen would be good. The lack of a lock on the bathroom door was a bit odd. Although we didn't use it, the laundry room is a great addition with a freezer and stack of books. A very safe location for those with little ones to play - the other three properties had little ones who all played together in the courtyard for hours. Very easy walk to the supermarket and the funfair and town beaches. Very quiet spot.

  • "Absolutely fabulous holiday accommodation, if I could leave 6 stars, I would."

Very well located for both the beach and town centre. Everything was so clean and well kept, it was a relief that there were no heavy scented sprays or bed linen, as we suffer with allergys. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of utensils and cooking pots. There is a separate building with washing machine, tumble and a chest freezer. Wi-fi didn't pick up inside the property for us, but just outside the door on the patio it was a good strong signal for checking messages, and was actually a relief to have an internet break inside. Felt very safe, didn't feel the need to lock the door, and our neighbours in the other units were lovely. Would definitely recommend and look forward to a return trip. The owner was very friendly and helpful, a big thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to holiday x

Another lovely property, clean, comfy beds and has everything that you need. There were a couple of things we made the owner aware of and he said he would get them sorted, but nothing that interferes with our stay.

  • "Ideally situated near the town centre and seafront with good access and parking."

The property was lovely and looked like a mini barn conversion with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. Beautifully clean with all the facilities you could need including a washing machine (in a separate out building). We would definitely book again if we wanted to visit this area.

One suggestion re.last morning at the property would be to put the dishwasher on with remaining pots and cutlery and for the maintenance staff to empty. This action would give new occupants satisfaction the utensils were safe to use. This is standard practice with Original Cottages and Time share companies

The onky thing people need to be aware of is the WiFi is terrible nearly non existent. I think this is a general thing at hunstanton. Had an issue with my car. Pat could not be more helpful thanks to her was fixed by local garage the next day Really recommend hideaways

  • "Really disappointed with the location, set in a static caravan holiday park near a fairground."

This was not clear in the details. Not very clean, we had to wash the china before we used it, the wifi is virtually nonexistent the phone signal is worse and the Tv is terrible with poor sound.

Really quiet (except for the seagulls but that’s no ones fault!) Clearly have listened to previous feedback as storage has been included now and milk in the fridge waiting. WiFi is very hit and miss but that was clear from the feedback so no surprise there. Washing machine and freezer available too which was an added bonus. Very clean.

However for people having travelled a long way to their holiday home, a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and especially milk we feel would really be a welcome; something we have encountered on other holidays.

  • "1. No lock on bathroom door."

    2. Mirror in bathroom & kitchen wall cupboard suitable for very tall people. 3. Cramped bedrooms with room for previous day's clothes only on shelf behind bed. 4. No instructions for turning on TV. Switch eventually found under lower edge. 5. Space for last car in too narrow. Passengers had to be let out before car parked, & driver then had a job to get out.If spaces were marked, it might be farer. 6. No information as to where communal freezer & washing machine were to be found. 7. The bed inside door of twin room tended to "walk" towards the door! 8. We do not understand why the exact location of the premises are not revealed until final payment is paid.

Everything else was excellent and spotless good location to a tesco open til at least 8 pm and a pub within 1 minute walk. Walk from accommodation to lighthouse and have a coffee is a couple of miles each way . Cafe only open at weekends in winter months Hosts were very pleasant and obliging . There is a refurbished disabled lodge with a wet room if anyone is interested which has 2 double beds

  • "The property location was great for us visiting the area for bird watching."

The property was clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had when staying in holiday accommodation. The bathroom was spacious and included a bath. The only criticism I would mention is the lack of somewhere to put our clothes as there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, only bedside tables. Overall we had a lovely week here and would recommend to others.
