  • "We chose the property particularly because it had a drive for the car which is always an issue when finding holiday properties."

The photo of Seabreeze clearly shows a drive. Since that photo was taken the next door neighbour has erected concrete posts making it impossible to get a car onto the drive safely. Because it was a little out of season we were able to park mostly on the street but I’m sure in high season we would have had to use car parks. The advert should be changed to say parking on drive for only a Fiat 500….. possibly!

  • "The location of the property was great for access to the local amenities & beach."

The welcome packs were a nice touch. However the cleanliness of the property was poor & the general demeanour of the house was in need of some TLC/tired. The freezer did not function & the drive would not fit a family sized vehicle which therefore meant you were hoping you could get a place on the roadside - which was challenging being near the beach. If I hadn’t got the house at a reduced price I would have been extremely disappointed for the original price.

  • "Superb home, clean, comfortable, everything you could need and ideally situated, literally 2 mins to beach and close to all other amenities."

We went out of season so parked outside the door everyday, the listing did say off street parking, but there was no dropped kerb so it meant you had to mount the pavement to get to the space, sorry if that seems a bit nit picking, everything else about the house was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend a visit to this property.

  • "Second stay at Sea Breeze."

Warm, comfortable home and great to be so close to the sea. Plenty of beach walks and countryside nearby too.

  • "The property is lovely and clean, nice and spacious and has all the facilities needed for a nice stay, the owners daughter contacted and was so nice offering help at any point - we couldn’t fault the stay, the only thing for us was the fuse kept tripping so we did lose some freezer items but we really didn’t need them as ate out or ordered in most days and tescos is literally a stones throw away, the location is perfect and visiting this time of year was heavenly with the dog and the freedom available to them ."

We would love to come back again!

Other bonuses: Secure, private garden for our dog, three bath/shower rooms, one an en-suite and a very effective gas fire. Would certainly be happy to return.

Welcomed by prossecco and flowers and groceries. Owner texted to check all was OK. The house was roomy, modern and furnished to a high standard and the the beach was 2 minutes away. The garden was beautiful with lovely outdoor furniture, though the weather prevented us from using as much as we would have liked. Would recommend

  • "Lovely accommodation, had pretty much everything we needed."

Very comfortable. Incredibly convenient location, close enough to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. Loved having the garden. A couple of things niggled my mother in law but didn't bother myself - these were not having a handrail in the en suite shower, as she found it difficult to get out of, and the shower ran hot and cold which we had been made aware of prior to arriving and is being sorted. There was also no teapot which she was disappointed with being a manic tea drinker! The downstairs shower was wonderful. Communication was excellent with the owner and overall I'd happily stay again, it is a wonderful property and I highly recommend staying here. Many thanks for a lovely week

  • "The only negative was the shower in the on-suite did not work, we reported this and we did not get a response."

we also found that this had been reported in the visitors book, so disappointing this had not been fixed as the shower over the path in the family bathroom is only over the taps and not really fit for purpose. Otherwise a very clean and tidy property, nice garden, well equipped and in an excellent area. Regards Ms Gillian Wood
