"Overall a very comfortable property, well located."
Kitchen area small but w ell equiped. Very pleasant open-plan layout. The only point to mention was that the shower door became detached from the bottom rail.
Thank you for your kind comments. The shower door has push buttons at the bottom to detach for cleaning. I hope this wasn’t too much of a problem for you.

"This was a cosy cottage and we enjoyed the living space being all in one."
Very quiet in Kelling so need to drive to all shops etc but knew that before. Great tea room and antique shop there though. The cottage was well supplied with kitchen equipment. Only a few minutes to Dun Cow at Salthouse, in the car, where food was good. Also had lunch at the Pheasant Hotel which was excellent, could walk to that. Would certainly return. Beds very comfortable.

"Cottage was immaculately clean."
The owners had left many everyday essentials for us to use. Bed was super comfy, Kitchen facilities were more marvellous with a massive stock of plates, crockery and cookware. Loved the Bathroom. Decorated to a very high standard throughout. Beautiful view of the rolling fields and woodland when sat on the patio. Loved the super quietness of the cottage any passing traffic was hard to hear. Parking was in a private area just round the corner, a two minute walk. Overall we could not fault anything. A marvellous holiday, thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

"This cottage is beautifully appointed."
Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. It is ideally situated to make exploration of the north Norfolk coast easy and accessible. Mobile phone use was restricted in the cottage but reception was fine where we parked the car. Connection could be made via the internet so no problem.
Just one minor detail: arthritic hands found the operation of the key safe a little difficult!
We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area and we thank the owner for taking so much care to provide the best experience possible.

"Pebble Cottage is a lovely cottage beautifully located in a quiet village benefitting from private parking."
The cottage is very well equipped, a comfortable double bed and excellent wifi (and even though there is no mobile signal, if you have BT you can use 'wifi call' without issues). The cottage is a short walk from Kelling Beach and the small garden suitable for a morning cup of tea or catching the last rays of sun in the afternoon. We had en excellent week exploring Norfolk both on foot and by bike, much helped by the glorious sunny weather!

The on site parking is also very good as it is all hard standing and close to the cottage.
There are woodland walks at Kelling Heath and plenty of beaches both sand and pebble that are dog friendly.
Also every small village seems to have at least one pub all serving food and dog friendly.

"We spent the May school holiday at Pebble cottage with our daughter and our Labrador."
We have stayed at a number of sykes cottages across Norfolk but Pebble cottage was by far the best. It had everything we needed, was very clean and felt very homely. It was in a beautiful hamlet and was one of several cottages on the grounds of a old dairy. It was very peaceful and was surrounded by fields and only a short walk from the beach where we saw seals bobbing up and down in the water. We had a fantastic holiday and have already booked it for next Easter!
