  • "A lovely bungalow with amazing views."

The property was clean and very well stocked with all the everyday items that you may require. The grass area around the property was clean and well maintained. Private entry to beach was very useful. Dog friendly which suited our party. Would very happily return. Kessingland is a nice village with pubs and shops and larger shops within a few miles. It’s a good spot to visit Suffolk or Norfolk coastline.

  • "We know the area well and this is a well situated property with views across the sea."

It was beautifully quiet and there were rabbits grazing along the cliff tops. Immediate access to the beach, as stated, is via a private and steep stairway, but there is an easier ways down via a footpath which leads to a ramp. It takes a few minutes longer but is a pleasant walk. Local facilities are available including a small Co-op, a garage, fish and chip shop and places to eat. We recommend the Sailors Home pub for its excellent variety of well kept beers.

  • "The bungalow location was fine for views, but the accessibility to the beach (shingle) was via a steep path, not suitable for the elderly."

  • "The cottage was very comfortable, clean and had every facility we could wish for."

The views were outstanding, but every comfort had been thought of by the owners. We would certainly like to stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

  • "Bathroom grubby needs updating, some mold on bedroom walls, needs air movement."

Thank you for your feedback, some comments of which concern us, as the bathroom is as shown on the website, and therefore exactly as advertised. The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned on changeover and was inspected before your arrival. Unfortunately mould formation can be a problem possibly due to condensation, but if the extractor fan is used and the property well ventilated it does help to alleviate this issue. We do however treat the walls regularly for this and we endeavour to keep on top of this. Thanks Again. Property Owner
