  • "Lovely clean property with comfortable beds."

It's very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need & some. The views are wonderful, and we enjoyed watching the large variety of birds there. We had a very relaxing holiday, the site was very peaceful. Only negative is the distance from the car park to the chalet for some one like myself with a disability.

  • "Lovely view of the sea, you can get down to the beach easily."

The double bed was really comfortable, the bedroom needs better curtains as it was very light due to the outdoor lights on buildings out the back. I liked the wooden floor but the rest of it is a tad old fashioned.

  • "Really enjoyed staying here."

It was comfy and ideal for our needs. The view from the lounge was lovely. If we had been free the following week, we would have stayed on!

  • "A lovely clean and comfortable chalet."

The view is beautiful and made the 9 hour trip from Cornwall worth it! Double bed very comfortable and lovely to see the bedding so beautifully ironed. I’d recommend cleaning the kettle with limescale remover regularly due to the hard water. We didn’t use it because it was flaking off in chunks. Sofa very comfortable, as it was just the 2 of us we didn’t need to use the chair. Fridge suitable for the 2 of us as we didn’t do any real cooking as we were there to visit friends and ate with them. Shower was great, lovely and roomy. Great to be able to use a washing machine and the oil filled radiators warm up really quickly to take the chill out of the air. We were able to sit out in the sun (even in November) and watch the ships pass by. We would like to come back next year.

  • "We enjoyed staying in this bungalow very much."

Such magnificent views even at night with the twinkling lights from Lowestoft and stationary shipping. Everything is very well maintained and attention to detail spot on. I really would have liked a longer stay because the week just flew by. We did manage to enjoy a tasty carvery at The Livingstone. Very nice and helpful staff too. And a trip to Southwold which I recommend if you’ve never visited before. I certainly would recommend Beach Croft.

  • "I agree with previous reviews that the property would be a bit cramped for 4 or more people."

I would describe it as a chalet rather than a bungalow. Property in need of updating & Refurbishment, dated decour.

  • "A lovely bungalow with amazing views."

he property was clean and very well stocked with all the everyday items that you may require. The grass area around the property was clean and well maintained. Private entry to beach was very useful. Dog friendly which suited our party. Would very happily return. Kessingland is a nice village with pubs and shops and larger shops within a few miles. It’s a good spot to visit Suffolk or Norfolk coastline.

  • "Lovely location."

Everything you could possibly need provided. Excellent holiday all round!

  • "We know the area well and this is a well situated property with views across the sea."

It was beautifully quiet and there were rabbits grazing along the cliff tops. Immediate access to the beach, as stated, is via a private and steep stairway, but there is an easier ways down via a footpath which leads to a ramp. It takes a few minutes longer but is a pleasant walk. Local facilities are available including a small Co-op, a garage, fish and chip shop and places to eat. We recommend the Sailors Home pub for its excellent variety of well kept beers.

  • "Excellent base to explore the area."

And I could just sit and look at the view for hours. Lovely.

  • "The bungalow location was fine for views, but the accessibility to the beach ..."

The bungalow location was fine for views, but the accessibility to the beach (shingle) was via a steep path, not suitable for the elderly

  • "The cottage was very comfortable, clean and had every facility we could wish for."

The views were outstanding, but every comfort had been thought of by the owners. We would certainly like to stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.
