Close to local shops and walks. Sun trap in garden with decking for outside dinning and drinking. Don't miss local pub if you like real ale. Great for dogs with plenty of local walks

Our little dog is an escape artist but the garden was totally secure - even for her! There were walks straight from the door and plenty to see in the surrounding area. Would definitely return and recommend.

  • "Couldnt fault Pebble cottage."

Clean ,comfy, bright & airy. Everything you could need in the kitchen ( including a great rarity - space to store food supplies). Good quality bedding & towels, hot water always on tap. Loved the balcony. Located in a nice friendly residential area a 3 min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thanks Gloria, it was very nice to meet you. We didnt eat out but did use local fish & chip shop & chinese take away ( nice food at both but later did struggle with timings)

  • "We had a wonderful holiday in this very comfortable property and couldn't have wished for better."

Local people were very friendly and Covid rules were observed without being over the top. The local Co-op provides most things making it unnecessary to go further afield. Choice is slightly limited but it's a holiday not a fine dining experience! We know the area quite well, but still found new bits we hadn't seen before. We can strongly recommend the Sailors Rest for it's excellent selection of very well kept beers and the friendly staff. We also ate at The White Hart in Blytheburgh which had superb food and was excellent in providing for anyone needing gluten free as the menu was clearly marked. It was the best fish and chips we've eaten in a long while and the veiw from the garden is superb. Whether you stay in Kessingland or venture a bit further afeild this is a lovely and comfortable propert in which to stay.

The property

Resting in the coastal village of Kessingland, which offers a perfect holiday spot along the Suffolk coast, is this charming two-bedroom semi-detached property, Pebble House.

Offering a beautifully presented interior for a family or group of four, you can reach the beach by foot in just minutes and have all the amenities you need close by.

Come through the front door and into the immaculate open-plan living space, with natural wood floors offsetting the white and cream-coloured furnishings wonderfully, it is a charming environment to relax in after busy days at the beach or walks in the Suffolk countryside.

Retire to the comfort of one of the sofas and enjoy a film or show on the Smart TV with Sky, while someone gets busy in the kitchen cooking up something hearty using the good range of appliances available.

Gather around the dining table and tuck into your meal, with view out to the pretty patio courtyard through the full length windows, flooding the last of the evening light in.

Upstairs find two gorgeous bedrooms, with the double room not only enjoying delightful bedding and furnishings, but also benefiting from a small balcony, so you can wake up and enjoy the fresh morning breeze.

Completing the interior is the lovely twin room, continuing the thoughtful décor, and the bathroom which holds a P-shaped bath with a shower over.

Spend mornings sat out in the garden with a coffee and breakfast while you decide where to head to next on your Suffolk sojourn; visit the beach with long stretches of golden sands offering the perfect place to sunbath, sandcastle build and paddle in the sea, or visit Kessingland’s famous zoo, Africa Alive, home to a whole host of animals including lions, cheetahs, giraffes and reptiles among many others, providing a wonderful experience for any age.

Travel up the coast to Lowestoft, the northernmost part of the Suffolk coast, and famous for being the first place to see the sunrise in the UK, you can wander around museums, walk along the two piers, or catch a show at the theatre.

With so many opportunities for excitement surrounding you, Pebble House makes for a wonderful retreat to Suffolk.
