    As in many holiday lets we find beds not to be the most comfortable, but the facilities were good and bungalow was very clean and tidy, we would stay again.

The property

Just minutes from the beach and with coastal views this three-bedroom bungalow offers comfortable and spacious accommodation.

A perfect property for friends, families and those less mobile who are looking for a coastal get away with this property just two minutes’ walk from the beach.

Parking is adjacent to the property making it easy to park up and unload.

The property is accessed via a small sun room/entrance porch, a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while planning your day.

Step in to the light, bright, open-plan sitting area with dining and kitchen, an ideal place to relax after a day out exploring with lovely views over the grounds and to the sea beyond.

The master bedroom is off the living room and has an en-suite shower room.

There are two further bedrooms, a twin and a double with a shared bathroom, all completed with touch lamps.

Guests can enjoy the communal gardens and access to the dog friendly beach is via a steep set of private steps.

The village of Kessingland has a quiet promenade with a cafe, seafood restaurant and a public house.

Nearby attractions include Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills, Minsmere Nature Reserve and the stunning stately home of Somerlayton Hall.

The popular and vibrant seaside town of Southwold is a short drive away and well worth a visit.

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre.
