  • "Super little holiday let."

Perfect for a quiet getaway. However the experience was marred by the shower compartment which was too small. We think a microwave would have been a good addition in the kitchen with so many people wanting to do quick food whilst away. And again concerning the shower ...that type of sliding door is difficult to clean and there was quite a build up of dirt on the tray where the door slides...needs an old toothbrush or similar or that dirt will be offputting This is meant to be helpful criticism. Overall the holiday was very good

  • "Lovely loft apartment, compact , clean and well maintained."

Large peaceful garden with uninterrupted views over fields. Short, easy walk through fields to The Crown, good beer and food. Peaceful location but short drive to beach, amenities and coastal resorts and the Broads.

  • "We stayed here for four nights and it was probably one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed at."

We were welcomed with a hamper full of local goods including jam, bread eggs and more. The property itself was clean and tidy and had a homely feeling about it. We were welcomed by the owner who came to check if there was anything we needed. We had our private car space and the hot tub (which was well worth it). The kitchen was full with all the facilities you could possibly need and both the living room and bedroom had a TV. There are supermarkets, beaches and more near the area so it was never hard to find anything to do. I would recommend this to anyone!!

  • "Fantastic place, clean, tidy, well furnished."

The owners Luke and Lydia were great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the little oak to friends or family. Couldn’t have hoped for a better stay to be honest. 10/10

  • "My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us."

Having the hosts so close by was so helpful for when we needed help. Little Oak was clean, cosy and had all the necessities that we needed for our stay. Their giant labradoodle named Arthur was also an added bonus for us and he greeted us every morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a quiet/private get away.
