  • "The listing says that there is an enclosed Garden."

This is not true. There is no fence or garden and is open to he road.

  • "We had a lovely stay at 154 for a few days in September."

The chalet is in a good position on the site and very peaceful. The chalet was clean and well equipped although we suggest that it would benefit from a fan during the hot weather and an outside table and chairs. The site is clean and very well maintained.

  • "The accuracy of the listing is poor and misleading as it says that there is a private patio, there isn't you sit on some slabs in a communal garden."

The area and chalets are extremely quiet which is brilliant and you are 5 mins from the beach and you can easily walk the dunes to Hembsy or Winterton on sea. The WiFi is confusing as there are two passwords and one of them which is the correct password isn't clear and could easily be fixed as part id typed the other is written. Others have commented that a fan would be beneficial and I agree as it is very stuffy and would not cost much to buy. Lots of cupboards with a variety of cooking utensils however doesn't leave much else for food. Again no plugs in bedroom which is annoying. All in all a lovely stay with a great location.

  • "The chalet was as described inside, however use of the words enclosed and private in reference to the back 'garden' are very misleading."

There is no private patio, it is accessible to anyone walking past. Also as there as are no net curtains/voiles at the French doors anyone walking across the communal lawn can look in, and did at least once when we were eating. We also had to clean the bath mat before using the shower as it was mouldy.

Had a lovely quiet peaceful stay as we were lucky enough to enjoy good weather it could have been better if a fan was available in the property

  • "Complained with no refund only as for half as only stayed 2 days out of 7."

No where to put your food as cupboards are full. Dog friendly no guard for door so when we opened the door as it was 28 degrees we used a wooden chair. No plug in main bedroom. No room in the bed I’m 6foot and feet over edge. Cupboards too close to double bed. 5 minutes walk to beach down and up a large sand hills not good for the elderly wouldn’t stop here if it was a £1
