  • "Should have mattress andpillow protectors heating in bedrooms didn’t work storage heater didn’t work for the first day."

    The pressure in the shower was very low and although we had it on maximum water was only was only lukewarm could do with more outside lighting throughout the whole site

  • "This happened to be our first visit to this area and the location was perfect as was the accommodation ."

    It was spotlessly clean , comfortable and our four legged friends were most welcome . Everybody was friendly and helpful, and this always makes a big difference.   • "Property was spotlessly clean on arrival and well equipped although couldn't find a breadknife amongst the cutlery?"

    There was an issue with a fellow visitor parking in a way that prevented us parking in our allocated place but on calling in at the office the owner immediately did his best to sort out an alternative for us until the cars could be reparked. We would definitely return especially as the property is within five minutes of the beach and there are shops fairly close by .

  • "We had an excellent stay between the 27/9 and the 7/10/24 the chalet was clean and very comfortable."

    The DVDs left to watch made my sons day as they were all his favourites. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but with the Ship Inn and the Royal Oak just around the corner we still had a great time. Loved the site and would certainly visit again

  • "Everything was great, our only niggle was that the time to vacate which was on the wall in kitchen stated 9 am and the owner's book said 10 am."

North Walsham 5 miles; Cromer 8 miles; Sheringham 14 miles; Norwich 20 miles.

The attractive, Norfolk coastal village of Mundesley offers pubs, convenience stores and an excellent coffee shop and bar, The Porthole, which is a café during the day and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings it turns into a bar which offers a selection of cocktails. Elsewhere there is a popular golf course, a large park with play areas, a wonderful sandy beach with brightly coloured beach huts, and quaint cottages, many of which are built in local flint stone. The popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, which is known as a stop for steam trains travelling on the Poppy Line Heritage Railway, are both close by. There are many other places of interest in the area, including the National Trust owned Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and East Ruston Gardens and Hoverton Hall are a must for gardeners. The Norfolk Broads are also within easy driving distance, where children can enjoy tree-house adventures at ‘Bewilderwood’, or alternatively hire a cruiser and spend the day exploring the waterways. The city of Norwich offers a cathedral, castle, museums, the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, various guided tours, excellent shopping and restaurants. Mundesley is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Norfolk.
