    “No outside furniture, bathroom tiny.”

Beds uncomfortable, main bedroom not as big as it looked on picture. Also did not like the owner texting me to say he would visit us, felt like he was vetting us, he did turn up unannounced one night about 5.30pm. Also being told on a A4 sheet in the cottage book, to clean up any hairs (our dog does not moult) and windows if dog smudged them, or if they had to clean they said they would charge us for cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. As the forecast was for torrential rain and gales we thought it advisable to put the garden furniture away for safety reasons. The comfort of beds can be subjective, we have had no further comments regarding the comfort of beds. As owners we like to go and greet people on arrival to check everything is ok, this was delayed due to the weather however if you did have any issues we would have been happy to discuss these with you when we popped over. Unfortunately although some dog owners are very respectful, we do include a friendly reminder regarding guests cleaning up after dogs in our welcome pack to ensure the property is left as it is found for future guests, we have never had to charge a guest yet for additional cleaning. - Sykes owner relations
