  • "Beautifully decorated and furnished house, everything you could need was provided."

Garage was a bit difficult to get into for a bigger car.

  • "Cottage very clean and comfortable, great shower!"

I was expecting the cottage to be closer to the city centre from the description, it was about 3 miles..my aim for us was to be able to walk into the city, with 4 children not really practical at this distance. Lovely welcome scones etc on arrival and very good digital information provided, some nice personal touches. I would have liked organised recycling bins in the kitchen, just one bin for everything here. Road noise not a major problem but noticeable. On the whole satisfied with our stay.

  • "A lovey cottage in an excellent location with easy access into Norwich and local attractions."

The owner sent me a virtual guide of the property which was very helpful as well as the property being throughly cleaned due to COVID. We all had a lovely stay and would like to thank the owner for all their help and guidance throughout our stay

  • "Just returned from a short stay at this lovely home."

It was spotlessly clean. Larger rooms than anticipated. Great location with river nearby, Only criticism is it's tricky to reverse in garage, unless you have a small car. Two words of warning, which have nothing to do with Broads Reach. Couldn't get a table at Rushcutters Arms as fully booked (partly due to Government's half price scheme). Also struggled to hire a boat in Wroxham, but did manage a 3 hour hire, but would have loved longer. This is a lovely way to see the Broads. I suggest book a boat well in advance of your visit, & make a table reservation at pub or restaurant in advance too. Overall I highly recommend Broads Reach.
