The historical village of Pentney is situated in acres of colourful countryside rich in wildlife.

Mentioned in the Domesday Book, relics of ancient Roman Kilns have been excavated over the years, whilst today the village is home to a church, a 12th Century Priory, and a welcoming pub serving fine food.

The nearby village of Castle Acre boasts the impressive ruins of a Norman Castle and was in 1971 designated as Norfolk's first Conservation Area.
