The property is very spacious, clean, warm and peaceful. There is a large and secure dog friendly garden with an abundance of outside furniture to enjoy the sunny weather that we were blessed with, if it gets damp or chilly there is a very nice conservatory. Parking is often a worry when booking some ware however this is not an issue as there is a good size driveway. The property is very well appointed with 3 toilets, bath, shower, washing machine fridge, freezer ect and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. Food shopping is easy as a 10 minute drive takes you into the outskirts of Kings Lynn where there is a choice of supermarkets (you don’t need to go any ware near the busy Hardwick roundabout). There is a very good village butcher just a 5 minute walk away. There are several fabulous beaches nearby our favourites being Snettisham and old Hunstanton which have ample parking. Something we did enjoy was hearing the owls hooting at night. For anyone into the outdoors there are a couple of fabulous walks, Roydon common is about a 20 minute walk away, this is very picturesque rolling moorland with some interesting war time structures nearby or you can carry on to the remains of St James church at Bawsey along some very scenic tracks which will bust any myths about Norfolk being flat. This is one of our favourite ‘cottages’ and is somewhere we intend to return to many more times, a quick flick through the visitors book showed the previous 2 visitors being on their fourth and third visits.
