  • "A studio with one bedroom and en-suite."

Well appointed and fitted out with quality. Owners live close but not intrusive. Chatty and helpful. Very good location, walking distance to village with good shop and two pubs. Deceptively spacious and comfortable.

  • "A wonderful cottage."

Jim and Julie were perfect hosts, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The cottage is very well equipped, the decor is fresh and up to date, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The situation is perfect for peace and quiet whilst being within easy reach of small towns and Norwich. We couldn't have asked for more.

Lots of good local walks, good base for touring Norfolk, best places to eat out are The Old Ram and the Crown though portions are not that generous, good fish and chips at The Falcon, though you can get very good quality ready meals at half the price of eating out from local farm shop GOODIES also has a good butchers and groceries.

On entering, it was so welcoming and clean . Modern co-ordinating furnishings. Lovely welcome pack of fresh eggs, bread, wine and chocolates. Village about 10/15 minutes walk away with two welcoming pubs that serve food. Hosts, Paul and Julie were very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

  • "Cottage was very new, everything immaculate."

The only downside is that it is in a weird position. Down a lane opposite another house and on the edge of a farmyard.

A lot of the tourist attractions are within easy driving distance and at the end of the day you can scuttle back to Jimmys and sit in the garden with a glass of wine, or a cup of tea, and listen to the birds sing. The cottage is beautifully clean and exceedingly well equipped. Jill and Paul had left us eggs, bread, milk, wine and chocs. We would definitely go back there

Dine at the dining table and chairs for two perched by the window, or delight in an alfresco dining experience in your own private garden with a pretty bistro set, great for the summer months!

Back inside, you can pick up a book from the shelf and get lost in another world while sinking into the sofa, or flick on the TV and watch a favourite film together for a tranquil end to the day.

Head through to the lovely bedroom when it's time to rest, finding a king-size bed amidst an array of matching furniture, including a pretty dressing table, with an adjoining en-suite shower room for you to freshen up in.
