  • "I think it does need an extra seat or bigger settee as we are 4 adults it wasn’t very comfortable for us all to sit one is had to sit on the floor also I think it would benefit from Wi-Fi."

I was disappointed in the facilities as the club closed at 6 Monday to Thursday inclusive and nearest pub we would have had to drive to. Don’t want it to sound negative because we had a lovely time just being truthful

Thank you for your feedback, we will be putting a larger sofa in the caravan for next season and there will also be wifi Property Owner

I am very disappointed at your comments, We called by during your visit and when I asked if all was ok, your reply was yes lovely thank you. Our Caravans have a full clean on the day of your arrival, and if there was a problem with the toilet seat, we were not aware of it and perhaps you should have mentioned it to us on your visit The caravan is as advertised Property Owner

  • "The property was excellent, the owners only went live a couple of hours ago when we were looking for a replacement to stay so we really put them on the spot to get everything ready before we arrived."

They were really good hosts and let us stay until after lunch to vacate as we had 3 children with us as well. 10 out of 10 And very much appreciated

The property

Nestled on Caldecott Hall Country Park just outside the village of Fritton, Norfolk, is this single-storey lodge, 13 Foxburrow Hang.

Enjoying an excellent location near the coast, countryside and Norfolk broads, this family-friendly home is ideal for a group getaway of six.

Be greeted by an off-road parking space before reaching the veranda, where you can relish a cold beverage on summer evenings.

Step inside to discover the light and airy open-plan space, with a compact kitchen to prepare heart-warming meals, courtesy of the gas oven and hob.

When meals are piping hot, settle down at the dining table to tuck-into your feast or why not have an alfresco affair on the decked area?

As day draws to night, curl up on the corner sofa and flicker through the Smart TV for a family favourite and admire the warmth of the electric fire.

When sleep calls, take your pick between three well-presented bedrooms, including a double with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms, all with a bedside lamp for a night-time read.

Awaken tired eyes in the shower room before joining the group on the veranda for a cup of tea in the fresh air.
