The property

Trident Cottage is a splendid end of terrace residence close to the Beach, Railway, Bus Station and placed perfectly in the ever-popular town of Lowestoft on the Sunrise coast, with its Blue Flag beaches and boasts a Pier, Cinema, Bowling Alley, Snooker Hall and Night Clubs, also a range of further attractions and a wealth of must-visit places close by.

This is a fabulous spot to bring your family for an unforgettable beach holiday.

Upon entering the property, on your left is a welcoming sitting room with a modern fire surround with an enticing electric fire and Smart TV.

There is a lovely dining table to sit around while reflecting upon the day’s activities over a tasty home-cooked meal.

Adjacent to this is a well-equipped kitchen with a handy utility nearby with access to the courtyard and also the all-white-family bathroom with shower, completing the ground floor where you are sure to be perfectly set for your Lowestoft break.

Taking the stairs to the first floor you will find three bedrooms; a king-size, a double room and a bedroom with a single bed with trundle below all finished in a delightful comfortable manner.

A useful cloakroom completes this accommodation.

A spacious, enclosed courtyard outside offers a BBQ and seating area with table for alfresco dining with a lockable storage for your bikes, should you wish to enjoy a scenic cycle through the nearby Norfolk Broads.

Lowestoft is a splendid holiday spot for families, offering glorious sandy beaches with traditional seaside entertainment, as well as an array of first class amenities.

The Africa Alive Wildlife Park a very popular zoo and safari for both children and adults is also nearby.

Superb architecture and things to do are almost endless in the medieval city of Norwich with its shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, 2 cathedrals and a Norman castle.

A wonderful place to visit with things to do all year round, which is well worth a 26 mile drive.

The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all of the family. From the traditional Victorian Seafront Gardens and donkey rides on the beach to the modern roller skating rink at Claremont Pier and Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its spectacular rides. The town has something for everyone; with 2 theatres. shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars whilst its maritime heritage is celebrated with a number of attractions including the floating ‘Mincarlo’ museum on Heritage Quay or the Lowestoft & East Suffolk Maritime Museum, plus a 15 minutes’ drive away is The Transport Museum with its selection of old Buses, Trams and other transport in which they give local excursions.
