The property

Take the far door to find the conservatory, where you can look forward to spending a balmy morning with a drink in hand ahead of an action-packed afternoon.

As the evening draws to a close, take the stairs up to the first floor landing, which grants access to the two bedrooms, where you can choose between a king-size bed with ample storage space and another king-size bed, where you can wake up to the captivating views of the sea each morning.

Explore the famous marshes, which is home to common and rare species of birds with the Salthouse Marshes and Salthouse Heath being part of the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve before venturing to the Salthouse Heath, which boasts unrivalled views of the coastline.

Beach seekers can venture to the local shingle beach, where you will find further opportunities for walking, wildlife spotting and fishing, as well as meandering the ten-mile Salthouse Sculpture Trail do uncover yet more breath-taking scenery.

Not far from the nearby village of Blakeney, is the lovely village of Salthouse in Norfolk, located on salt marshes, this is a great holiday base. Home to a shingle beach, perfect for walking along, fishing or simply observing the natural wildlife, joining Kelling beach to the east and Cley-next-the-Sea beach to the west. Home to a village shop and deli as well as a few pubs, you can be sure to have all your essentials close by, with Blakeney just down the road which is home to a SPAR. A great feature to explore is the Salthouse Sculpture Trail occupying ten-miles of coastline with amazing views. Walk up Salthouse Heath to take in far-reaching views of the landscape following a network of paths between the ferns and heathers, it's delightful in summer or winter.
