  • "The owner of Megan Cottage came to see us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed."

The cottage was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was also in a good location, just up from the town and the beach. We have a Peugeot 3008 but still managed to park on the drive, although it doesnt have a dropped kerb. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much. Property Owner

  • "What a fabulous find."

The cottage was absolutely lovely. Very, very clean. The facilities were excellent. The only thing that would have made the stay perfect was to have a drop-down kerb to allow easier parking at the front of the cottage. Lindy was lovely and very helpful. There if she was needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our holiday.

  • "An exceptionally well appointed and spotlessly clean, spacious cottage with top quality fittings throughout."

Highly recommended . If you are very tall like me, the sofas are low and that's the only downside. Though not specifically recommended, we managed to park our estate car on the front with no overhang onto the footpath. Just take care and move slowly up the kerb.

You will not be disappointed if you stay here- it’s one of the cleanest places we have stayed, with plenty of hangers… Thank you for having us.

  • "One of the best cottages we have stayed in; the kitchen in particular was extremely well equipped."

Rooms are a generous size and will accommodate 4 adults easily. The location is ideal, with everything within easy walking distance. Parking in a pay and display car park nearby, on road parking not generally available. Some of the property photos are a little out of date, the garden is now reduced in size (although still perfectly usable) and not all the wardrobes shown are available to visitors - these are very minor niggles however and did nothing to spoil our enjoyment.

  • "A wonderful holiday location and base in Sheringham, Norfolk."

400 yard/5 minute walk from the sea front which allows you to stroll along the promenade and subsequent beach in either direction. 2/3 minute walk from the main street of shops. Megan Cottage was spacious and airy and a lovely conservatory led into a small garden area with seating and a lounger to enjoy the sunshine. Nice big dining table from which to enjoy your meals and play board games. Both bedrooms are good sized and so was the bathroom. Great amount of storage and hangers Very clean and very tidy. Thank you Megan Cottage

  • "A lovely cottage, very clean and safe, tastefully decorated and in a quiet street just 3 minutes from the seafront (with sandy beaches and long walks) and 5 minutes from the town centre."

I particularly enjoyed the outside seating area (even on duller days!) and the conservatory.
