"The annexe is spacious, clean and very comfortable."
Everything is in it that you might need. Huge bed and good area for sitting so you dont feel squashed into one room. Kitchen is excellent. Wifi and TV are very good. The location is great as it is just behind the town centre but opposite a park so it is very quiet but shops and places to eat are only a few minutes walk away. I think the only thing I missed was a table to eat at - maybe a folding table could be put somewhere for use if wanted.
"Enjoyable stay in very well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation."
Only gripe was the bed which was perhaps a little too firm, but then again this may be considered as a matter of personal taste. Our host was helpful and unobtrusive. Enjoyed sitting in the attractive patio garden.
"Graham and Jennifer were both helpful and accommodating, making our stay in their lovely annex most enjoyable."
The large Sitting Room/Bedroom provided comfort and relaxation whilst the Kitchen & Bathroom provided all our needs, including a washing machine and coffee maker. Full marks to you both and we look forward to a return visit. John & Margaret, LINCOLN
"Marlow was a very comfortable cottage."
All facilities were easy to access within the cottage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The village was easy to access and the the cottage was very close to all village amenities. Plenty of places to eat and drink. We found Swaffham central to a lot of Norfolk's places of interest. We would like to visit again.
"Jennifer and Graham were very friendly and welcoming."
We didn't ned to bother them really though as we had no problems during our stay. The annex was just right for 2 of us, very well equipped.
"Comfortable, clean and well equipped with a lovely outdoor courtyard."
Marlow is in a quiet area overlooking a pretty green common, yet only a pleasant four minute walk through the churchyard into Swaffham town centre. There you will find a wide choice of places to eat and drink and some interesting independent shops. Be sure to visit St Peter and St Paul church and Swaffham Museum for some fascinating local history. The owners of the property are lovely people and will make you very welcome but at the same time they are completely unobtrusive. They are very helpful with information about where to go and how to get there if you need it. There is no problem with parking, always plenty of spaces just a few yards away.
"The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful."
they made our stay comfortable. Swaffham is central to Norfolk which made all the places we wanted to visit to be in easy reach. I would recommend 'Marlin" to everyone.
"Stayed here for a week, lovely location few minutes walk from village centre with plenty of places to eat and drink."
Annexe was spacious, clean, with everything that was needed. No problems with parking. There was a regular bus service and several walks starting from the village and lots of places to visit further afield. We especially enjoyed our day out at Sandringham. Owners were friendly and helpful. Thank you Graham and Jennifer we had a great holiday. Tracey and Andy
"Fantastic cottage, the owners were a lovely, friendly and a helpful couple."
The location of the cottage in the town of Swaffham is great, you get a lovely view from the bungalow overlooking a very quiet park area. So it feels like you are off the beaten track, but a short 5 mins walk through the church grounds and you are right in the town centre of Swaffham. 10 mins walk to Asda and Tesco and Waitrose are next to each other within a 5 mins drive. Bus service is good, my husband drove me to Kings Lynn and was going to come back and pick me up (30 mins drive) but I decided to save him the trouble and I got the EXCEL bus service (express) stand A from Kings Lynn bus station right in the town centre. They are really nice buses and you can charge your mobile up and also free Wi-Fi! Journey took around 35 mins and drops you right in the town centre of Swaffham. I think they are every 30 mins. Wi-Fi in cottage was excellent and free SKY TV. Would definitely stop again!
"Good location to explore Norfolk."
Clean and comfortable annexe. Wifi good and Sky TV including sport. Close to shops, takeaways and supermarkets. Nice view of green opposite.
"We have had a great stay."
The owners are very friendly and are on hand if needed but not intrusive. The annexe is very comfortable with easy walking distance to town. Very well placed for exploring North Norfolk. Highly recommended
"This was our second stay and we've booked again 4-11 December, which speaks for itself!"
The owners are very hospitable.
"SUPER ACCOMMODATION FOR COUPLES OR THE SINGLE TRAVELLER IN A QUITE AND PLEASANT LOCATION."
THE OWNERS JENNIFER & GRAHAM ARE VERY CARING AND ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR GUESTS,A VERY WELL PRICED AND COMFORTABLE RETREAT.
"Ideal for restaurants and shops all in walking distance."
Also a very beautiful part of the Country, with Sandringham House and Houghton Manor House not far away.
"Situation of property is ideal for walking to Swaffham and there is plenty to see."
The property was immaculate and the owners are a charming helpful couple. Peaceful and quiet location.
"I liked this place very much."
Extremely clean and comfortable, nice quality fittings and furniture, well thought out. Very quiet and peaceful. The owners very nice people.
"We had a splendid stay at the Marlow annexe."
It was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The couple who own it are very friendly and helpful. The annexe is pleasingly located next to a green area known as Campingland and very close to the centre of Swaffham accessible via the atmospheric grounds of the town church. We have no hesitation in recommending Marlow.
"Myself and my wife had a lovely week in the annexe at Marlow."
Jennifer and Graham could not have done more to help us, giving us advice and information on the surrounding area. Swaffham itself is a lovely Market town and it’s not too far to Kings Lynn or Norwich if you want to spread your wings. All in all a lovely time.
"Exceeded our expectations in that we believe the property is worth a 4 star rating."
The owners, Jennifer and Graham, were very hospitable. We may well stay again.
"Warm (I was there in February), comfortable bed-sitting room and well-equipped, stylish kitchen with useful breakfast bar at which to eat and work."
Lovely strong shower over bath which has the downside that the shower head is difficult to control. Weigh it down by hanging the shower gel from it to avoid drenching the bathroom! Clear instructions and/or instruction booklets for each appliance, including heating and the remote control for the TV! Everthing colour co-ordinated, clean, neat and in great condition. Kind and considerate owners who have obviously given careful thought to the needs of the renter. Very quiet and peaceful with pleasant outlook onto the green (in the photo the annex is the part of the house jutting out on the right-hand side) but only five minutes or so walk to the town centre. Good bus service to Norwich and Peterborough via King's Lynn (well worth a visit - beautiful medieval/Georgian centre) with connections to North Norfolk coast. All in all, highly recommended accommodation.
"Marlow was a fantastic place to stay the annexe was so cosy and comfortable and top speck."
Kitchen was so well equipped, spotlessly clean throughout will definitely be going back there
"We really enjoyed the weeks stay in Marlow Holiday Let."
The property had everything we needed and the owners were really helpful especially with eating out advice - the fish pie at the Red Lion was excellent! It is only a 5 minute lovely walk into the very centre of Swaffham to all the facilities of restaurants, banks and shops (including a supermarket) and a bus service straight into the centre of Norwich and Kings Lynn - why pay the parking charges?
"Marlow is a wonderful holiday home -the owner Jennifer has thought of everything-she even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens!"
The annexe is well planned & very clean & comfortable-a home away from home. It is the perfect place to explore the county too! Swaffham itself is just a short stroll away offering a Saturday market plus lots of shops, pubs, tea rooms & restaurants-spoilt for choice really-we would definitely visit again.
"Excellent! Friendly helpful welcome."
Everything you may need. Ideal location-peaceful yet Swaffham town centre literally around the corner. Reliable useful bus service too. Highly recommended. Thank you!
"Despite the rainy weather we had a very good week and would go back."
The Annex is perfectly situated with lovely outlook on little grren and leafy park yet 2 minutes walk to Swaffham via the churchyard. The Annex has everything you need for a short stay and is peaceful and quier despite being so close to everything. Loved it!
"Wi Fi and sky television are particular plus points"
"The property was beautifully presented, very comfortable and in a lovely spot looking onto the green."
It offered the best of both worlds being in a quiet location while just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, something which, in our experience, often does not apply to rentals. We were even given fresh eggs from Jennifer’s chickens! All in all, highly recommended.
"Marlow is a bright, airy and modern annexe attached to the owner's home by a door that is permanently locked and with it's own entrance door round the side and pleasant secluded seating area in the front garden."
The owners keep it well maintained, it was spotlessly clean for our arrival and had everything we needed with the best wifi connection ever and SKY TV. We loved watching the birds in the hedgegrow and bird bath outside. A relaxing two weeks.
"We had a lovely time at The Marlowe, everything was just as expected."
A very good location, within easy reach of all amnesties. We will at some time be going back.
"Graham and Jennifer are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them."
The lovely accommodation is so convenient to Swaffham town , an easy stroll, overlooking a pretty green with the nearby church, it’s a delight.
"We were impressed with the Annex."
It's location was brilliant, overlooking open land with trees and yet a pleasant short walk through the churchyard brought us to the High Street. The annex itself was clean and well equipped - for a compact area the owners had really planned everything very well. We even found a washer/dryer which we weren't expecting. I liked the fact the information pack gave really useful information such as how powerful the microwave was (in so many self catering properties this is guesswork). The heating was easy to control and efficient and with fast broadband and Sky TV including Sky Sports we had a really comfortable stay even when it rained! We don't normally go back to places a second time, but definitely would return and would highly recommend the Annex. The only improvements we could suggest would be better coat-hangers in the wardrobe and a clean up of the outside seating area to make it more welcoming.
"Jennifer and Graham are very good hosts and have been very helpful to us on both occasions that we have stayed with them."
"Clean and comfortable accommodation with friendly and helpful owner."
Set in a quiet location but close to town centre.
"Beautiful cottage well equipped and excellent location for North Norfolk area 5 *"

Owners had given a lot of thought to what was required. Would thoroughly recommend.
