  • "The property is far better in reality than on Syke’s site."

The property is detached and It is spotlessly clean, quality equipment throughout. The cottage has beautiful peaceful views from all aspects. It’s a pity Sykes don’t know the answers to simple questions, such as is it detached, does it have blinds etc. We would thoroughly recommend the cottage to anyone who likes peace and quiet

Wheelchair accessible property, host very helpful and easy to communicate with.

  • "Excellent property."

Didn't like being sent leaving instructions by text and e-mail - they are already at the property, they were just an annoyance on a pleasant break.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage over New Year and the location is very peaceful with views over the fields."

The cottage has all amenities and is very comfortable. The wet room is a good idea although the pressure of the shower could be better. t’s only 6 miles to Aylsham and Wroxham for shops and amenities and another 6 miles to the North Norfolk coast for days out. The local pub Chequers serves amazing food. It’s a perfect location for a break.

It was immaculately furnished and exceptionally clean and, considering my disability,, served our purposes perfectly. The owners, Lin and David, were very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is a credit to them.

  • "The cottage is beautifully decorated with lots of original features incorporated."

Our host Lin was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. It’s very close to Wroxham, from where you can take a boat trip on the Norfolk Broads, half-hour drive to Cromer & Great Yarmouth, about a one-hour drive to Sandringham or Holkham & Hunstanton beaches. Also very convenient for Norwich. We had an absolutely brilliant time in beautiful Norfolk.

  • "This is the second year we have stayed in Stud Cottage."

The location is a peaceful 50 acre stud farm with plenty of open space in front of the buildings. It is very handy for the Norfolk Broads, Norwich City facilities and the coast. The accommodation is well appointed and quite spacious with a kitchen well stocked with utensils, a large main double bedded room plus a smaller bedroom with twin beds. There are 3 sky TV's in different rooms. The owners are very helpful and do their best to cater for your requirements even providing mobility aids for my wife. We shall definitely be returning in future.

  • "Excellent conversion with top class fixtures and furnishings."

Everything one would need for a superb self catering holiday. Only constructive criticism is that due to limitations of space there was no freezer which was explained by the owner Lin when we queried directions and entry requirements. Full sky tv service included and wi-fi if the weather meant staying indoors. All brand new kitchen facilities except as noted, with a fantastic induction hob and double oven. Twin beds with excellent mattresses but we did not use main bedroom which other reviewers have noted has a rather soft mattress. All linens and towels of good quality. Highly recommended.

It is fitted out at the highest quality and we had such a warm welcome from the owner who ensured we had everything we needed to have a relaxed and stress free weekend We will definitely be returning to see the beautiful sun rise

The family kitchen/lounge is very spacious for a family of 4 people, the bedrooms are very generous and there's a lovely patio where you can dine alfresco! The owner is very friendly and helpful - there's a great chippy in Buxton and the sea is only 30 mins away. Highly recommended.

  • "Firstly your directions to the property were rubbish as you do not give where they start from, (we found the same last year with a cottage we booked with you in Pembrokeshire) The only other problem was the double bed it was so soft that it was very uncomfortable, which we did mention to the owner."
