The property

An outstanding, beautifully renovated farmhouse which has been completed to a very high standard, this property is guaranteed to make sure you have a wonderful stay in this quiet, rural location.

Wong Farmhouse has been renovated using a light decor with modern furnishings and period pieces to provide spacious accommodation for guests to enjoy, perfectly located for exploring Norfolk, just a short drive from the coast, broads and the city centre.

Tucked away down a long drive and leading through the livery yard, guests will arrive at this beautiful property with ample parking and grounds to enjoy outside.

Step inside and you will be greeted to a dual-aspect sitting room overlooking the front drive and back garden, with a woodburning stove, the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring.

For guests with some energy to burn, there is a games room with a ping pong table.

The games room leads into the wonderful and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen will be a delight for even the best of chefs to cook a feast in and there is ample room for all guests to enjoy dining together.

Beyond the kitchen is a large store and utility room with a ground floor cloakroom.

There is a back door leading out to the patio and extensive garden.

The little snug area is a great place to hide away with a good book.

The stairs lead up to four spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms, one with an en-suite and there is a shared bathroom.

There are two twin rooms that can be zipped into king size beds if required and two double bedrooms with standard doubles.

Surrounding the property are footpaths leading you deeper into the countryside and you'll find there is plenty to do, right on your doorstep.

Close to the vibrant city of Norwich and within easy reach of the Norfolk Coast and Broads, this is a perfect base from which to explore Norfolk.

Thetford Forest is not too far away and offers some fantastic outdoor adventure activities walking, cycling and a Go Ape!
