  • "After my complaint the owners did rectify the problems that we were having, however, the stairs were dangerous for my husband who is 85 and suffers with rheumatoid arthritis and he had to sleep on the sofa."

The stairs were very dangerous at night if he wanted to use the toilet and again the toilet was next to the kitchen and that is not exactly hygienic> Due to our bad experiences at the cottage I am asking for a partial refund as our holiday was not the best by far that we have had.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is wonderful."

We are already looking to come back! The only thing maybe you could consider is hangers in the wardrobe and maybe a couple more dishwasher tablets. Also, the towels weren’t the best, a bit too small for a 6ft man!
