We know that it was mentioned in the property details but seeing for ourselves this could be easily rectified by the building of a step. Other than this problem the property is immaculate and close to all attractions and amenities.

It would have been useful to have a bread bin in the kitchen but all other needs were there. We would imagine that the steps at the front door may be an issue for someone with mobility difficulties. It was a very convenient location for visiting tourist destinations in Snowdonia area.

  • "A lovely bungalow, immaculately clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and also a pleasant garden to sit in."

Its situated in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood and a good location for popular resorts. We visited Colwyn Bay, Rhos on sea and Llandudno and national trusts Bodnant gardens which we would highly recommend it's very beautiful. There is only one little issue and that was we found the front door step a bit too high. It certainly wouldn't put us off and we hope to go back sometime in the future. The owner was also lovely and friendly when we spoke to her on the phone.

It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There was great outdoor space with table and chairs. The town was 10 min. walk away and great Tesco store. The Bull Hotel, 10 min walk from Bungalow served excellent food and the staff so friendly. To travel around we used the buses which ran from the Tesco store. This saved worrying about parking etc. Very easy to use especially with a Arrive Connect card where we just put on weekly travel tickets. No hesitation in recommending 27 Lon Ffawydd for a great holiday.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your holiday and would like to thank you very much for taking the time and effort to post such a kind and wonderful report. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "Just returned from a lovely week away staying at this property, very pleased with bungalow, was very clean and lots of space."

Well equipped kitchen and with the bonus of lovely back garden, only thing I would of liked would of maybe some comfy chairs to relax in garden in an evening, but this didn't spoil the accomodation at all. Very good quiet location close to shops and lovely pub (the bull where we ate 1 evening) lovely fresh cooked meal and plenty of it! Would highly recommend this bungalow, but would benefit from a car to get about, we visited Anglesey (approx 50 mins) the grwych Castle ( 5mins away) Conwy, Colwyn Bay and spent most evenings on the beach in abergele watching some amazing sunsets.

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind appraisal and comments of the bungalow. It is always our intention to provide guests with a happy and enjoyable experience where ever possible and improvement is always our focus. Many thanks Property Owner
