  • "Great location for enjoying all that North Wales has to offer."

Mark and Diane are great hosts, readily available, should any problems arise. We would have found it useful to have a 1pt plastic jug or bowl for use in the microwave. The hot tub was also great after exploring Snowdon, The Great Orme etc.

Ideal size with beautiful views and stunning sunsets. Hot tub a bonus after a long day out and about . Little house has everything you need but if you require something the hosts will provide it if possible. They were very helpful and provided us with local information and places to visit.

  • "If you need to switch off and unwind, this is perfect."

The property is small and perfectly formed. It’s a great location and the hosts were both welcoming and helpful. Privacy is very much respected and also had its its own entrance. Everything is fully catered for all you need to bring is yourself and food. Having said that there is a pub and a convenience store 5 mins away. The property and its gardens are well maintained and clean. After spending the day waking or visiting the surrounding areas, the perfect end to the day is relaxing in the hot tub. I will definitely be going back.

  • "Holiday accommodate is for 2 but I spent my time in conservatory on on chair and my wife in the house part on another we took turns on the view."

It’s so easy to put 2seater sette in the conservatory along the window with the blind on and put the single chair with the other in the living space we’re the tv is then couples can enjoy there time together looking at the great view. Also a hook behind bedroom door for jackets or coat we had to put on backs of chairs and on the back of bathroom door to put your things when getting a shower. The place for us is a hours work away from 5 star. Besides this we would still book again loved the place and the owners. Pub 5 min away ok we went out in the day had dinner and returned to chill in a very nice place pity it wasn’t together.

Hi Barry, glad you enjoyed your stay. We have taken your advice and moved the sofa into the conservatory and put the two large chairs in the lounge, you are correct, this works a lot better. Hooks have been installed on back of doors. Regards Mark Property Owner

  • "We absolutely LOVED our stay here!"

It was our favorite home away from home during our three-week tour of Wales and we hope to visit again someday. The cottage was absolutely perfect and the size of the place was spot on. It was just enough space for us to spread out, but not too much room that it didn't feel cozy. The hot tub was great and the views were phenomenal. We had such a wonderful time chatting with the owners and hope to see them again during a future visit if we get the chance to come back. We will definitely be recommending the Little House to everyone!

  • "Had a wonderful weekend in this cosy property."

Bed was very comfortable and slept really well. Hot tub was excellent! Owner was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Property was clean although there were some sizeable cobwebs in the bathroom and conservatory. Dining table and folding chairs were not very comfortable, I would remove the armchair in the conservatory so that there is room for a proper table and chairs. Similarly with the bedroom, I’d replace all the chunky furniture for one wardrobe and drawer unit to make a bit more room. Heating didn’t come on during the morning or of an evening but we used the electric heater to warm the place up which did the job quickly. Sykes had said there was a dishwasher at this property but there isn’t, which is fine but the hot water in the kitchen tap was largely non-existent and so we were having to boil the kettle in order to wash up. Lovely stay in a very peaceful location, well located for getting out and about.

We were welcomed by Mark who told us how to get hold of us at anytime if we needed anything which was really nice. Due to mobility issues we were not able to get out as much as we would have liked so having the outside gardens and hot tub were a huge bonus for us on this trip. Everything was spotlesly clean and the bed was so comfy we both slept really well. The views from the garden were lovely and it was so nice to sit and watch the horses and the golfers nearby.

Mark even supplied us with a fan when we had the hottest night of the year. The cottage was in a lovely location with brilliant views over the local golf course. The hot tub came in very handy after some very warm days out and about. The only slight thing to mention was that the oven could have been a little bit less grubby although it was perfectly useable. On the whole I would thoroughly recommend the cottage and would not hesitate to return for another visit.

Mark, the owner was very helpful with directions to the property, how everything worked in the accommodation and advice on good places to eat. When I booked I didn't realise how tucked away the village was from Conwy - it is a windy road down to the coast, but this is offset by the fabulous views along the way. We would definitely recommend the property.
