    Really enjoyed our stay!

  • "Lovely property, hoover vaccum didnt work and needed almost areas ate carpeted."

I fixed the problem having replaced the vacuum band. Great location and had some great days out. Bedroom mattress not comfortable and pillows too soft. Was great to see TVs in all rooms epically the bedrooms allowing for relaxing viewing after a long day out. Could do with a downstairs toilet.

Load of ppl complain about the road being noise but at the end of the day u can see it while booking plus u can Google the street see it and I bet all of them ppl live at a main road or any road anyways we stayed this year for 2 weeks with almost 12 out if it being really hot so Windows where open 24h and no issue there we do truly love the house

  • "Lovely comfortable stay."

Road very noisy but read previous reviews and took earplugs. Bedrooms warm but due to road noise couldn't open windows overnight so fans would be beneficial. Also pillows poor quality so maybe think of upgrading. Everything there that we needed and good enclosed back yard for our dog. Good base for travelling around.

  • "Overall a lovely property and a good location to visit the area."

We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. There are a couple of very minor repairs needed that are known as either taped over or mentioned in visitor book but these didn’t impact us at all.

  • "A beautiful cottage and great location."

Only downside was the bathroom leaked straight into the kitchen, but was sorted out following morning. Would definitely come again but for 2 weeks.

The only complaint would be the king size bed is too low although is was funny watching the hubby try and get up each morning

  • "The house itself was lovely, clean and spacious."

The surrounding area and beaches were beautiful and there was so much to see. However the down side was the constant noise from the road outside. There was just a pathway between the house and the road. It is a sixty mile per hour limit but this seemed rarely adhered to except by the large lorries and tractors! The stairs are really steep and though no problem to us, anyone who has limited mobility would struggle. Finally to back garden, though spacious this was just tarmac and if you have a dog, as we do, it is not the best. All this said we did have a lovely holiday, and would definitely return to Wales it is the most beautiful place.

  • "The house was clean and comfortable, but it has many steps and a steep narrow stepped stairs, which were unsuitable for the elderly or those with poor mobility."

It was listed as having a courtyard garden, which was a backyard with no sign of a flower.

  • "The house was lovely,, no dvd player as stated in the listing, only minor drawback was the road noise even through the night!"

  • "House is very comfortable and well equipped."

However we were shocked as to how busy the main road it was situated on is. Not a good choice for light sleepers like ourselves

  • "Pity about the very noisy road which is so close."

suggest set up for I-player would be useful asset. The location of this cottage is ideal for exploring Snowdonia and the Lleyn peninsula

  • "We booked 4 nights here for February half term, the house is a great starting point for exploring the local area."

The house was easy to find and had everything that we needed for our time here. The tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes were a great welcome to us weary travellers! As it was Feb it was wet and cold, the house was lovely and warm. Where you could chill out play board games or just watch telly, in front of the fire. Thank you for having us!
