The property

The delightful, mid-terrace house, Arnant is nestled in the picturesque seaside resort of Abersoch.

Set over four floors, this Mews-style dwelling is ideal for a family of eight’s break on this part of the Llŷn Peninsula’s stunning coastline.

Upon entering the lovely abode, you will come across a well-presented king-size bedroom with a flatscreen TV and en-suite shower room, a space tiled floor-to-ceiling and featuring a toasty, heated towel rail; a handy utility room comprising of a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer can also be found on this floor.

Continue upstairs to find a fabulous open-plan living area, a room that has been brightened by its dual aspect bi-folding and sliding doors that bring the outside into the space.

The kitchen is a spacious area lined with stylish fittings that are home to integrated appliances, from a Zanussi double oven and halogen hob.

Gather your loved ones around the chic dining table or take dinner outside into the well-presented garden and savour a feast on the decking’s outdoor dining.

Get comfortable on the suede, corner sofa whilst you choose between a Freeview show to watch on the TV or choose a book from the selection available to enjoy in the sun on the close-by balcony.

When night falls, make your way to the second floor to find a lovely double room accompanied by its own balcony, along with a twin room benefiting from a TV; both rooms share access to the bathroom where you can relax amongst the bubbles after a day packed with beachfront fun.

The third floor hosts another bedroom, this one being a twin room enjoying a TV and countryside views, along with an en-suite shower room with VELUX windows brightening the space, making for an ideal spot to prep yourself for a day out in.

A highlight of the property is that its situated less than a mile away from several amenities, including the popular Vaynol pub and a convenience store; Abersoch Harbour Beach is a short stroll away where you can sail or surf to your heart’s content in its waters, before continuing to the larger Abersoch Beach or to the golf club for an afternoon of sports.

The surrounding area of the Peninsula is home to three more stunning beaches, as well as the historic Plas yn Rhiw manor house and the Wales Coastal Path.

Travel to Llanbedrog for an outing, stopping at the delightful Petal-á-Pot café for a sweet treat on the way, before hiking through its ample woodland and picturesque Viewpoint, and visiting the manor & art gallery of Plas Glyn Y Weddw.

Explore the area further and spend some time in Aberdaron, Nefyn and Pwllheli to find a range of waterfront activities to partake in.

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
