Set amongst the lovely Tai Dyffryn Houses on the outskirts of the village, and is situated a stone’s throw away from fantastic restaurants, shops and beachfront activities; this is an ideal dwelling for a group of friends or family of eight.

The house is set over four floors and all the bedrooms contain two single beds, which can be linked to make a king-size bed in any bedroom to coincide with your sleeping arrangements, you will come across one of these lovely rooms on the ground floor as you enter the property; the room benefits from appealing décor and an en-suite shower room.

The ground floor is completed by a utility housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, for your convenience.

Ascend the stairs to discover a spacious and light open-plan living room, where a sitting area waits for you to unwind in; why not play a game on the Nintendo Wii or grab a spot on the sofa to enjoy a movie night on the TV’s Freeview channels?

The sitting area also opens out to a private balcony, where you can relax with a glass of wine in hand after an exciting day out.

The contemporary, galley kitchen takes centre stage, this magnificent spot boasts a mixture of wooden and high-gloss finish cabinets that host ample, integrated appliances; the chef of the group will be delighted!

Open the tri-folding doors to enjoy dinner outside on the patio, or tuck into a feast at the close-by dining table.

Head upstairs to find the second-floor bedrooms, two rooms that boast tasteful furnishings, one with its own TV and the other with a private balcony; the rooms share a fabulous bathroom that hosts a bath with a shower over and a toasty towel rail.

Those wanting to relax in privacy can climb the stairs again to the third floor to discover a brilliant bedroom featuring pretty, blue finishes and a stylish en-suite shower room that benefits from a large skylight window.

A highlight of the property is definitely its location, your amenities are less than a mile away, as well as fantastic coastal activities, including sailing through Abersoch’s amazing waters, unwinding on Abersoch Main Beach or Harbour Beach, and golfing at the nearby club.

Just south of the village is the lovely beach of Machroes, where you can enjoy a spot of sunbathing before treating yourself to lunch at the fabulous Mickey’s Boatyard Tearoom.

About the location

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
