  • "Glad to come back for another stay in this lovely place."

Feels so tucked away and yet has great transport links to go explore. That hot tub is just wonderful, to relax and watch the birds flitting about the tree tops is a fantastically restful experience

  • "We had the most wonderful time at Little Pandy Cottage!"

The cottage itself is so warm and cosy and had everything we could need. We watched loads of movies on the Plex app that was provided. The hot tub is the best I've ever been in - stayed so hot the whole time and the Bluetooth speak is such a bonus. The area is lovely and not far from places like Conwy Castle which we really enjoyed visiting. Colin and Becky were brilliant hosts. They gave us lots of privacy but we're also on hand if we needed anything. I'd definitely recommend Little Pandy Cottage and we plan to return.

  • "We had a fabulous week in a beautiful setting."

Little Pandy Cottage is cosy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Google music and watched a film every night on Plex, Colin downloads lots of movies. Colin and Becky were both friendly and welcoming, and let us know they were available if there were any problems. We really enjoyed the hot tub it was fabulous and we used it every day we were there, the privacy screen was a great addition too. I decided to do a wash before coming home but the machine wouldn't work, Colin had a look at it but unfortunately it was broken. The following morning a new machine was installed and up and running, you could not ask for more than that . All in all we loved our stay at the cottage and hope to return again soon. Thank you. • "We enjoyed our stay at Little Pandy Cottage."

Colin and Becky were great hosts. This place is not 5 star or boutique accommodation but is well presented clean and comfortable and provides the essentials and more in beautiful surroundings. Tea coffee and milk were provided on our arrival which was very welcome as we didn’t bring any provisions with us. The hot tub is great. Good and hot and well maintained. Dry robes were provided which is a nice touch. The steps to the tub are a little precarious if wet and in the dark, but otherwise all good. Although it’s located down a private unmade track and a bit of a jiggle getting in and out of, it’s a great spot to explore North Wales from. It’s many years since I was in Wales and I had forgotten how amazing the place is we received a warm welcome every where we went. Plenty of places to eat nearby but pretty uninspiring to be honest but would def recommend Likya Turkish and med in Flint though. We would be more than happy to stay with Colin and Becky again sometime soon, and have unreservedly recommended it to friends and family.

  • "A great little property."

It had everything we needed. Quiet and secluded. Warm and welcoming. The owners share their online Flex and Netflix accounts, so there is plenty to watch after a relaxing soak in the hot-tub of an evening. We had the full run of the grounds (the owners were away) and the wifi was great. It was a good base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Thank you!

Can’t fault it at all and the owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and the hot tub is a perfect relaxing end to a day of exploring the amazing surroundings. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely go back

All you could hear was the birds & the sound of the water from the river that ran through the garden. Colin & Becky was so nice & welcoming and I’m very jealous that they get to wake up everyday there. We even had little visits from the cats who are us as friendly. Would 100% recommend Little Pandy Cottage & we will definitely be going back

  • "Hosts are really welcoming and helpful, Idyllic location ."

On first appearance it looks like a nice little cottage. However attention to detail with the housekeeping/maintenance needs improvement - Dust, mould/ damp on bathroom wall, dirty freezer, the last guests socks, loose plug socket, flooring lifting etc We also found the bed & sofa hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was lovely despite the rain. The only down side to that was the vast amount of spider's that you have to be careful where to but down your robe or drink.

  • "A little bit of paradise, was so accurately described by the hosts."

we were extremely lucky with the weather . which was the icing on the cake. Cannot fault it in any way, if its peace and tranquilly desired then this is most definite the place to stay at. The hosts were perfect, welcoming but very discreet at the same time. The whole place is one of calm . The annex has everything which is needed for a pleasant stay . It really is a little gem hidden in the Welsh countryside.

  • "The cottage is lovely."

Everything needed. Colin was friendly. Grounds exceedingly beautiful However was extremely disappointed as we specifically looked for and booked a hot tub break. We got a tub of hot water. It wasn't working. This was the main point of our break. Really upset we were not informed beforehand so we could have changed it.

Again, we are sorry that the hot tub was not quite as expected. As explained when you arrived the bubbles were only coming out in one point rather than all the way around and a new tub had been ordered as soon as we realised there was a problem. The new ,'proper', hot-tub has now been delivered and installed and looks great. Hopefully, you will enjoy it on your next visit. Property Owner

  • "Friendly and available hosts but not intrusive."

The cottage is cosy but plenty of room for the two of us to relax. Separate kitchen and shower room and a shared bed, dining, lounge. It's very pretty with everything you could need. Absolutely lovely setting next to the river. Myself and my partner enjoyed the hot tub every evening after the days activities. We didn't need to use the dry robes provided but it's clear that the hosts do their best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. This is a great location for exploring lots of tourist attractions. We enjoyed Ruthin gaol museum and in particular loved Nant clwyd House, the oldest timber house in Wales. Conwy was a lovely little town and we enjoyed the castle. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting Llandudno for the first time. Took a tram up the Great Orme and a cable car down. Spectacular. Fully recommend.

  • "Absolutely beautiful spot."

The Little Pandy Cottage is an annexed dtetached building and a name play on the actually Pandy Cottage who's grounds it sits in. I was greeted by Colin the host, who was very welcoming and offered the grounds to our disposal, there is a beautiful river that runs through the garden with a bridge across to massive gardens full of apple trees and fruit bushes of several varieties to which he allows you to pick at your leisure (season depending). The garden walk is lit up at night and is stunning to look at from the raised hot tub decking next to the annex where you stay The interior is very clean and well decorated with a decent power shower and mini kitchen. The kitchen has over, grill microwave and a hob with all the crockery and utensils you need as well as cookware. We were provided with fresh coffee and tea facilities and a small bottle of milk which was well received. The hot tub is amazing and well kept, with a pair of @dryrobe's for you to use. There is a washer and dryer provided outside the annex and washing tablet provided should you wish to use it. All in all a very nice place to stay indeed Colin and becky are very welcoming people who ate keen to help if needed. We would highly recommend!

Was nice and cosy for 2 people, with the beautiful scenery in the garden as well. Colin and Becky have a wonderful place. Might not be everyone’s ideal spot, given the cottage shares the same site as the house; but for us it was perfect and you still have privacy. Would definitely recommend, plus the added feature of the hot tub always enhances the stay. Place is very well equipped, so brought food along as to save us going out each night.

Location was perfect, local area was beautiful to explore and cottage was beautiful inside and out. Spent time in the hot tub and enjoying the garden/river whilst detaching from the outside world with a book. The views at night from the bedroom skylight were perfect and we will definitely be bringing our telescope next time.
