The property

Resting in an elevated position on the outskirts of Betws-yn-Rhos, is this traditional farmhouse; Ffrith Bach.

Accessed via country lanes, this property boasts delightful country views and distant sea views on a clear day.

Entering the property, you will be greeted to a large hallway where you can leave your muddy boots and coats.

Furnished to a high-standard, this property has a lovely bright decor with quirky artwork and lovely oak doors giving the property a countryside feel.

Walk through to the sitting room with a leather sofa and armchair to sink into and unwind into the evening, with vibrant orange walls adding a touch of contemporary style to the room.

From the dining area, you can ascend the stairs to the first floor and discover three bedrooms, all thoughtfully laid out with bedside tables and lamps for some late night reading.

Take a warm and relaxing soak in the elegant bathtub of an evening to rejuvenate from the previous day, or choose to take a quick shower of a morning ahead of the day's events.

Outside, you will discover an enclosed garden area with lawn and patio sections to sit out in the afternoon sun with a refreshing beverage.

A short drive will bring you into the peaceful village of Betws-yn-Rhos which offers a local shop for picking up any last-minute essentials for dinner, or choose to dine from a plethora of local pubs and restaurants if you don't fancy cooking one evening.

Golfers will delight in exploring The Silver Birch golf club with an 18-hole course, suitable for players of all ages and skills.

You are ideally positioned for accessing the Conwy Valley with stunning rural views and plenty of opportunities for walking.

The thriving coastline boasts excellent watersporting facilities and lovely sandy beaches for a family day trip.

Further afield, you will find the beautiful Great Orme with its cable car rides and the Victorian town of Llandudno, home to a wealth of attractions.

Betws yn Rhos is a peaceful Welsh village with a local village shop, Post Office and friendly village pub which offers quality dining, real ales, games room and dog-friendly beer garden. The Silver Birch golf course is a welcoming Pay and Play 18-hole course, which is also home to the first 18-hole Footgolf in Wales, suitable for all ages and skills. Within 4 miles you will find the sandy beaches and coastal path leading from Colwyn Bay, through Llanddulas and into Abergele, which is a pleasant seaside town on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities.
