This is an excellent semi-detached bungalow located near the seaside town of Pensarn near Abergele in North Wales.

Surrounded by stunning mountain views, this idyllic and quaint property is a perfect holiday home for families or couples to explore this beautiful area.

On entering the property there is an open plan kitchen and diner.

The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need during their stay to cater for themselves before unwinding in front of the TV together in the evening.

Down the hallway the property sleeps three guests comfortably in two cosy bedrooms, with the master boasting breathtaking mountain views.

Next to the bedrooms there is one large modern shower room with a walk-in electric shower.

The conservatory is a sun trap overlooking the garden, ideal for guests to relax in at any point of the day.

The French doors open onto a beautiful garden and patio area with a BBQ.

There are table and chairs for guests to dine alfresco during the warmer months.

Off road parking is at the front of the property for one car.

There is also ample street parking available for guests to use, ideal for groups of friends or couples travelling in separate cars.

The stunning beach of Pensarn is just a five minute walk from the property.

The town centre of Pensarn is a ten minute walk away.

Here you will find lots of local beach cafes, restaurants bars and shops.

This is a wonderful coastal property, the perfect holiday home for families or groups of five adults wishing to explore the spectacular Welsh seaside resort of Pensarn and the surrounding Abergele area.

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance. There is plenty to do in this wonderful region at any time of the year!
