    Mr Pittaway

    “Great place to stay.”

Corinne (Caretaker) was very friendly and let us know we could contact her should we need any assistance.

Corinne (Caretaker) was very friendly and let us know we could contact her should we need any assistance. (One small observation, we noticed the large bedroom did not have any windows that opened to the outside, and the conservatory it was adjacent to only had one small window that opened. It could be stuffy in really hot weather). There is a large fan provided that would help the situation.

The property

This lovely, semi-detached bungalow is located on a quiet residential estate, only a few moments from sandy beaches in the seaside resort of Pensarn, on the North Wales coast.

Offering comfortable family accommodation, this is a delightful coastal cottage for a couple or a family to escape to and enjoy the popular seaside attractions in the area.

There are 2 steps up to the front door and 1 step up into the hallway from where there is a sitting room with comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area.

There are two bedrooms, one king-size double and one single together with a family shower room.

Outside this lovely bungalow there are 2 steps down to the enclosed garden which has a summer house where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink whilst planning your adventures for the next day.

There is a wide range of attractions within easy reach of this charming cottage, with a popular golf course close by and a superb sandy beach stretching along the coastline just 5 minutes' walk away.

You are a short walk from the local supermarket and grocery shop and a 15 minute drive away is the seaside resort of Rhyl with amusement arcades, go-karting and a fairground.

Slightly further afield, you can explore the Conwy valley, with its Surf Snowdonia, or enjoy the adrenalin of Bounce Below with trampolines stretched over "bottomless" slate caverns.

This delightful cottage is both a relaxing coastal getaway and a great base for an active and varied holiday.
