The property

This charming bungalow, link-detached to the owner's home, is situated on a quiet residential estate, on the edge of the popular seaside town of Abergele, just a short stroll from the superb sandy beaches that stretch for miles along the North Wales coastline.

This pretty little cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to escape for a romantic break, or a family looking to explore the delights of the area.

Entering into a modern hallway, this welcoming bungalow has a traditional ground floor layout, with a bright and airy sitting room located to the right with a woodburner-style electric fire, a dining area and patio doors opening onto the rear enclosed garden.

A modern fitted kitchen will be found in front of you, fully equipped for your holiday requirements, and to the left are two stylish bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin room, both sharing a family bathroom with a bath and a shower above.

The garden to the front of the cottage is surrounded by mature plants and faces west to let you soak up the sunshine on the lawn, or relax in the shade of a large tree.

The enclosed patio and lawn at the back of the cottage enjoys pretty borders, well maintained by the owner who lives next door, which will entice you to spend time outdoors sitting and relaxing with a good book or perhaps preparing a sumptuous barbecue.

The shed provides useful bike storage and houses a selection of beach gear, including deck chairs, buckets and spades, which will prove very popular with the beach being only a three-minute walk away on the opposite side of the Wales Coast Path.

The pubs, restaurants and amusement arcades in the area are always buzzing with activity, and Abergele centre is only a 20 minute walk with many high street and local shops on offer.

There are many other activities in the surrounding area, with the foothills of Snowdonia easily reached and the historic town of Conwy just a short drive along the coast.

Abergele has an excellent golf course and the coastal path opens up miles of safe cycle trails that lead as far as Caernarfon and beyond.

This wonderful cottage is in a fabulous seaside spot, with so much to do on the doorstep you will want to come back again and again.
